This unit has a bird's eye river view of the Trinity River with walking and bike trails and plenty of beautiful landscaping and greenery! Secured parking garage, you drive to the level you live on! This is a complete brand new unit and property. Has high end granite countertops, all stainless steel new appliances, upgraded kitchen appliances, cookware, dinnerware, pots and pans, a large kitchen island, Just about everything you need to do some really nice cooking! The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated with hardwoods in livings areas and bath (carpet in bedroom), upgraded bedding and linens, two TV's in the unit, large balcony area with table and chairs, a really nice large walk in shower, two bath sinks, large closet, luggage rack, and washer/ dryer in the unit.

There was no stay

This property is not actively managed. Meaning I was able to book my stay. Get confirmation from VRBO that I have a reservation have funds withdrawn from my account. But when the day came to check in I did not receive instructions. This condo should not be shown as a reliable place to rent. VRBO did put us in a hotel for a few days to work out new accommodations for a month.
