Nice, aging, but with a fantastic view and beach!

Great location and very family friendly. However 307 was aging. Door paint was peeling, rust and some corrosion on range hood and dishwasher. Renovations are good but many cheaper apartment grade fixes. Very nice for the price and the view was fantastic. Property managers were great and everyone observed quiet hours and were very polite. A nice gated community with a fantastic beach. We loved the beach chair service and very nice and warm pool! Free movies for the kids and good laundry facilities.

Nice 2 bedroom

Check in was easy. Kitchen could use updates. TV was hard to figure out. I think remotes need new batteries. Balcony overlooks tennis courts and beach. One elevator was out. Close walk to beach and loved access to an umbrella and two chairs, but you need to hang your tag on umbrella early, or tip beach guy. Wish it had washer dryer in unit.
