Great location - Clean and Secure.

Located a couple blocks from Progressive Field and one mile from FirstEnergy Stadium, this one bedroom apartment was a great choice. Building is secure, great location. Bed was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

Great location; nicely updated building/apartment

Close to restaurants, theatre district, rock and roll museum, waterfront, sports arenas. Nice architectural detail in apt and nice decorating touches. Parking facility with good rates right next door. Small unit; good for 2 only. Somewhat complicated procedure for entry, but good security. Took 2 emails and 1 phone call to get info needed for check in procedure. Further text questions were answered promptly. Wi-fi hot spot did not work for my iphone. Did work for Tv as long as wi-fi box put in the correct location, however no info provided on what tv channels were live. Check-in listed as 4 pm. Towels not delivered until 6 pm. Washer and dryer listed as an amenity but not available as a load of clothes was left in washer, part way through cycle.

Double booked by host - No stay

I booked my stay 5 days in advance a few hours before checking I notified the host that I will be 30 minutes behind check in time which was 4:00 p.m. I received a message a few hours later stating they tried to call me but I did not see any calls in regards to my stay being canceled by The Host due to double booking by The Host or the site initially the house offered me a partial refund which I disagreed with due to the cancellation not being on my behalf at all once I contacted verbal and the host I was offered another apology as well as a full refund saying that it would only be fair which I thought should have been the first initial attempt at an apology from The Host with a full refund initially my first time booking on verbal was not that great it was my birthday weekend and my plans were completely destroyed.. 😢 I didn't stay at this hosts home sure to them cancelling and attempting to give me a partial refund, but gave best rating in spite of entire situation
