Checked in and went to the room to freshen up. The room had no hand soap. Went to the front desk to inquire and was told they ran out of hand soap a couple days ago and hope they should have some in a few days. I asked, "So nobody here is washing their hands?" Front desk person just shrugged his shoulders. The pool was closed. Front desk stated the hours are 9am to 9pm but it's closed now for a thorough disinfecting. I was told it may be open the next day. Breakfast buffet was standard; the hostess went above and beyond. She was amazing.

My family stayed in this property and we experienced excellent customer service throughout our visit. When we checked in late at night, the front desk lady was very accommodating, addressing all our requests and providing us with helpful information about the area. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by Ramona whose amazing smile made our morning even better. She handed us our plates and utensils and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality before. We truly appreciate this wonderful service and we will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but there were obvious repairs that looked liked they had been done by someone who was very inexperienced. The mattress was very uncomfortable resulting in a very poor night sleep. The carpets looked old and in need of replacement. Parking, check-in and checkout were very easy.
