A lovely property, convienient to town. Dinner at red barn was truly inspired,so fun

Friendly staff! Room was beautiful. Food at the restaurant was great. Pool was heated. Only downside, a wedding took over the hotel for awhile on Saturday night.

Our stay was great! The beds were super comfortable and the coffee in the room very good. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the massive fireplace in the lobby. All good!

Housekeeper did put fresh sheets on right away when I persisted. There were “dust bunnies” in the public halls and stairwells so they need to vacuum more.

Many issues. Our room was not ready until 5 pm. No mention of I am sorry & no mention that we would not be getting housekeeping services. Covid restrictions have been lifted in Vermont. Had dinner at the restaurant one night. Could not get in on previous night. Arrived for dinner on time & were placed at a table right at the kitchen door, although there were other tables available. Called housekeeping for additional towels, tissues & toilet paper. Arrived back to our room 5 hrs later to find nothing delivered. Had to call a second time for essential items.

Such a quaint quintessentially New England Resort, so luxurious yet has a feeling of home. Beautiful grounds surround this Inn and the Inn itself is located in the heart of the very charming and very picturesque town of Woodstock. A true gem: highly recommended ‼️

Our room was very small. We asked to change rooms on several occasions and the staff completely brushed us off. We were actually staying for 4 nights and they kept saying they didn't have another room.

The inn was top notch. The staff was friendly and ready to do anything to make our stay wonderful!

Room was way below our expectation, given the price and promise. They showed us two more rooms and the were no better. The original choice had two small windows and no satisfactory view. The windows, we realized later in the evening couldn't be opened because there were no window screens. The hotel eventually at 11:30 pm sent a technician to install hard-to-find screens. We are lucky two screens were eventually were found otherwise we had to sleep with dreadful air conditioning that could not be monitored from the room. We had to call front desk to ask it to be turned on or off. Our room also included a storage side room full of hotel furniture. Very unsitely for a five star hotel. It was as if we were accommodated in a basement. At 7:40 in the next morning construction worker began to make huge amount of noise. There was no forthwarning to that effect when we booked this hotel. Another disappointment. The staff were polite but at times slow.

Beautiful New England town. Working dairy farm and museum. Perfect little get away.

Friendly staff, lots of charm. Food and drinks over priced and food average, definitely eat in the village if possible and avoid eating at the hotel. fitness center is a wonderful facility, very welcoming staff and great exercise room and pool. Shower facilities great too! Housekeeping needs to step it up a little, our bathroom walls were disgusting. Overall a good experience but they definitely need to pay attention to details a little more.
