Staff were all friendly. Room was clean. Food at the resort restaurant was great. We have been stay at this hotel many times in the past but were delighted seeing there are on site EV charging stations now. It is a nice add-on. However, one may be lucky or unlucky to get a charging space when stay in the hotel, depends on if people are courtesy enough to move their car away quickly when their finished charging. We didn't have the luck this time at our stay.

It was too dated for the price. Amenities other than the pool were lacking. Also, the parking was ridiculous. You have to pay to catch a shuttle to the parking lot. Staff was nice. Food incredibly over priced and the thing that made me most dissatisfied was the coffee situation in room and in the lobby. To spend what I did for the room and get powdered creamer is really disappointing.

The room wasnt cleaning everyday. The slope close to the hotel wasnt open the first day.the hotel needs to be update. Hight price for not luxury hotel. Steam room close at 8:20 pm. Fromt desk people very friendly and kind. Fast and good transportation to the parking lot. Good service from the kids that drive you up and down. The only option for breakfast was a deli that dont give too many options. This place should have a good restaurant. Definitely i wont stay again there.

The Mount Snow Grand Summit Resort is an amazing Hotel. The People and accommodations are incredible. It is truly a great value for anyone who is traveling to southern Vermont. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is going to experience southern Vermont.
