Staff and amenities are good. Family enjoyed the pool / hot tub and lovely large living room with access to gym facility. Nice breakfast. The only downside was the size of beds ( double not queen) - not enough room for two teens to sleep comfortably/ family of four/. Had to get another room. Prices triple during the holiday season. Also be mindful of the hotel being located on a very steep hill, which can get icy in winter. Best to drive with winter tires if planning a trip in the winter.

Pool should have been warmer. Driveway leading to front of hotel was extremely hard to go up when it was snowing. Salt and ice and snow melt should have been applied immediately.

This is the second year in a row we stayed here around Xmas time and once again it did niot disappoint! The staff is great, the amenties are wonderful, great location to come to Smugglers Notch the next day. We dont need to look anywhere else if we need a place to stay within 45 mins of Smugglers.

I do not normally stay at Best western because I usually stay at Marriott. However due to how close this was to where I needed to be I figured ild try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was very good. There was also plenty of parking. I would definitely stay there again.
