Gave me my requested early check in. Much appreciated

We were more than pleased with the upscale decor, the newness and cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the beds and pillows. The amenities of breakfast, infused water, fruit, cookies and coffee was fantastic. Everyone was polite and friendly. Above all of this, we have to say that Dan was excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and it was specifically his attention and assistance to us and our needs that made our stay first class.

This newer property is right next to Ben and Jerry's factory, but also a short drive to nearby Stowe. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. We had a very positive stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Waterbury and/or Stowe.

It was a short stay, I wish I could stay more. It's a new hotel, clean Inviting and comfortable. Very close to the Ben&Jerrys factory tour. I definitely recommend

I was very impressed with the newness & cleanliness of the room. The beds were extremely comfortable. We brought our own pillows, so I'm not sure how those were. The bathroom was a bit on the modern side which was nice. Another perk was they use real brands of toilet paper (Cottonelle) and tissues (Kleenex). Breakfast was included but we weren't able to eat it because we had breakfast at the college we were looking at. We took a peek and it looked satisfying. I was very happy and will be a repeat customer.

I arrived with a confirmed reservation and was told my hotel staff unapologetic that they were overbooked. I was without options and none were offered. Called reservations which took 25 minutes to speak to someone. They booked a sister property but never sent it to the hotel so I needed to call again and wait another 25 minutes to connect with a reservationists. In all I didn't get to my new hotel and room for another 2 hours. Very disappointing.

Everything here was great. Perfect location for us. Easy parking, beautiful room, nice pool, great view, and nice big bath towels. Really, everything was great.
