Liked it all. Was jazz festival and lobby and bar were lively in the evenings.

nice place

The rooms are small and minimal. The coffee is at a common area on the floor which is not ideal during a pandemic. I like the use of Vermont made products. The front desk staff were nice but the restaurant staff not so much. I thought it odd that the hotel charges $12 for parking in the garage but the same garage charges $8. I asked the desk about this and she said she would credit us for the parking $12 parking? We paid the $8 upon exit and we were on our way. Always wanted to stay in this hotel but found it lack luster for the price and what it has to offer. Can’t say it was great can’t say it was bad but there are several other hotels in the area that provide the same service and rooms for a cheaper price.

The location is everything. Staff are kind. We were put into a wheelchair accessible room that differed from the room I was expecting. For the price - albeit a discounted rate - it was not worth it.

Location is perfect for walking, biking, dining & shopping.

New, clean, modern interior. Loved the coffee/water stations. Bar scene was really nice. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location! Walking distance to the waterfront as well as shops and restaurants along Church Street. Rooms could use some updating given the price. Also, no information as to whether breakfast and/or room service were options during our mid-week stay. For nearly $300/night they could boost the level of service.

Great hotel. Nice extra touches, environmentally conscious.

The downstairs vibe is lovely- energetic, clean, hip. The rooms are kind of like nouveau dorm rooms. A giant box, with two sliding door cubes in the corners to make a toilet “room” and shower “room.” This is not to sad it was in anyway bad- just not quite what I’m personally used to in a hotel. Great location, close to everything.

Very friendly staff. The hallways are designed to look more like a ski chalet, wood accents and soft warm lighting. The main walking street (Church St.) is only a few blocks away and so it is a very convenient location.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Nice hotel bar and restaurant. All the small touches and details in the hotel were perfect.

Really lovely experience. Great prices. Modern, comfortable, clean and many amenities available. Would be nice to offer sound machines since walls are thin and there isn't a vent fan or fan system.

It was a wonderful place for my son and I to stay during our weekend trip to Burlington.
