I liked everything. No complaints

The property was nicely appointed. However, the staff were awful. No one would ever answer the front desk phone, it took an hour and a half to get our salads in the “restaurant”, and our heater kept resetting itself to 82 degrees. On the plus side, the view was spectacular, and they are dog friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They are overpricing their rooms while providng NO service. They do not provide housekeeping service until the 5th day of your stay so if you're there for the weekend they will not do any of the following: -take out your trash -make your bed -provide new towels They are WILDLY understaffed yet they continue to book out rooms they cannot service. The lake view room cost us over $500 during UVM weekend with no housekeeping services which they slyly put in random stickers in the ELEVATOR so their customers are not aware. The room is way smaller than the pictures and the bathroom is laughably small and the fan did not work. I asked for them to fix it they said they did but it remained the same. I asked for new towels they gave a bag plastic bag of them - didnt even bother to open them or put in place and didnt take away the dirty ones so they were just accumulating in the tiny corner of the already tiny bathroom. They never came for housekeeping even when I requested it and after 3 nights there we just had to put our trash in the hallway. The phone didnt work. No one picks up at the desk. The hotel itself is dated to he 70s. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. They had a sad little letter by the tv from the manager saying how they ar understaffed from covid and to reach out to him with his direct number if we need anything. I did and never got any response. I understand people are impacted but they should not book out rooms and over price if cannot even serve

Beautiful area, building and grounds in excellent condition, delicious food room was very small

The location & view of Lake Champlain are amazing from our room. Easy walk to Church Street, Skinny Pancake and the bike/walking path by the lake. I liked how they have coffee stations instead of the watered down coffee most hotels have in rooms. The TV was really real big! They were also very accommodating - we had 5 people so we needed a cot. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful!

Great stay. Close to everything.

constant nickel and diming for breakfast/additional fees/parking etc.

The staff was good. Very accommodating, friendly etc. The room itself was a bit tired. Big patch on the ceiling in the shower that looked like it still needs to be fixed.

Loved everything about our stay.

Just as I would expect a Hilton to be

Very convenient parking? Long walk to the elevators

Very Clean property, friendly and accommodating staff and great location- walking distance to most everything in Burlington

The staff was wonderful, helping us with our bikes and giving us great suggestions for dinner spots.

Overall, loved this hotel and would stay again. It was clean and nicely kept. The two things we did not like were: 1. the air vent blew directly onto our heads when we slept 2. there were not hooks in the bathroom for our towels. (We had a corner room, so maybe our room set up was different than most rooms?!)

The location is the best. We had a room with a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Also loved sitting outside near the firepit. Even though the restaurant was only open for breakfast, we went outside several times to sit. Love the new service area for coffee, water and ice. The parking garage is convenient but difficult to get to from the hotel. I really don't understand why we cannot get maid service in our room. When you pay over $300 a night, it is the least they can do.

the most magnificent views is Lake Champlain from our room’s window, hotel could not be better located, right on the waterfront and steps away from church street. Complementary bikes were an unexpected perk - The incredible bike trail is right across the road. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again, we loved burlington so much, can’t wait to get back!
