We had a lovely stay . The room was clean , comfortable , and you can’t beat the beautiful views of Lake Champlain . The staff was very accommodating . It was close to the trails along the shore and to shopping /restaurants on Church Street . The only inconvenience was not having a microwave or coffee maker in the room . There was a central station on each floor. We also enjoyed drinks from the bar right in the hotel and the swimming pool / hot tub .

Hotel with Great Lake views in need of refurb.

Fantastic view from our room over lake with awesome sunset. Comfortable bed, room had fridge and free bike hire. On the downside, the hotel needs a refurbishment, chipped paint dirty windows and poor overall cleanliness.

Best stay ever! We were upgraded to a King room in the Presidential Wing as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We only stayed 2 days but I could have stayed a week! Amazing resort. Weather, amenities, service was exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Very walkable area and the view by the water is great. For the money of this place, I feel like it could be better. There was some sort of loud vacuum/water noise that kept coming on the whole night, it was awful and there was simply no solving it as the hotel was fully booked. I’m sure you can have a positive experience here but for me it wasn’t.

Public areas were very nice and location was easy walk to lake and downtown. For the price, the room was quite small with any odd corner to fumble into the bathroom at night. We chose a lake view, but due to some painting, there was a blue tinted film (like saran-wrap) applied to the window to provide "privacy". What it did was remove the value of the lake view. Bathtub coating was peeling near the drain.

The price point for the rooms does not align with the condition of the hotel. At $680 per night, I would have expected the A/C to work, the south elevators to function properly, the coffee machines to work (we had to go up 2 floors to find a machine that worked since coffee in the rooms wasn’t an option), my room to have been ready for a 4pm check-in and ice machines to have been readily accessible. While the staff was friendly, the issues mentioned above coupled with a very high room rate leaves me with encouraging future travelers to look elsewhere.

Long Family Weekend

Very pet friendly! Extreme hospitality!! Such wonderful staff. Great Lake view! Kid friendly with giant chess game, pool and corn hole. Great walkable location!
