Very convenient parking? Long walk to the elevators

Very Clean property, friendly and accommodating staff and great location- walking distance to most everything in Burlington

The staff was wonderful, helping us with our bikes and giving us great suggestions for dinner spots.

Overall, loved this hotel and would stay again. It was clean and nicely kept. The two things we did not like were: 1. the air vent blew directly onto our heads when we slept 2. there were not hooks in the bathroom for our towels. (We had a corner room, so maybe our room set up was different than most rooms?!)

The location is the best. We had a room with a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Also loved sitting outside near the firepit. Even though the restaurant was only open for breakfast, we went outside several times to sit. Love the new service area for coffee, water and ice. The parking garage is convenient but difficult to get to from the hotel. I really don't understand why we cannot get maid service in our room. When you pay over $300 a night, it is the least they can do.

the most magnificent views is Lake Champlain from our room’s window, hotel could not be better located, right on the waterfront and steps away from church street. Complementary bikes were an unexpected perk - The incredible bike trail is right across the road. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again, we loved burlington so much, can’t wait to get back!

Very nice hotel close to everything. Substandard WIFI was our only negative

Lovely flowers outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee/drink station near our room. Gorgeous lake views from our room.

Loved the property and amenities. Water pressure for the shower was very low.

Housekeeping didn't empty the ice bucket so I was wondering what else they skipped. the hotel said there were pastries by the coffee station on each floor and there was no pastries. Maintenance should touch up the paint around doors and frames. On the plus side, Our room was very quiet and the pool was great.

Location was close to a great brewery, breakfast spot, and the Echo science center, which was all a plus. I was not a fan of the rooms. They are dark and dingy. They are advertised as lake view rooms, but unless you are on the top floor (maybe not even then), there is no way you are seeing any of the lake, just more of the street. It was a waste of money to pay more for a lake view room. 3 of the 4 interactions I had with hotel staff were poor. We chalked the first rude interaction up to being tired or stressed, but had a similar rude interaction the following day. Additionally, our checkout required extra effort and phone calls to complete even after leaving the property. Fees should be explained ahead of time, we were charged multiple fees on a per day basis (credit card surcharges, service fees, marketing fees). Overall, we would not stay here again.

I liked the location. I didn’t like no room service and no breakfast.

Everything was fantastic, really enjoyed my stay.

The heater. Just fix the heater and it will be fine. It’s literally so loud we couldn’t sleep.

Glad to hear you loved the amenities. DM me your room information and I will follow up to see why the pressure was low. I know that can be frustrating.
