The location of the apartment is good, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was ac and wifi, the instructions were very easy, and the hosts were very accommodating!

Good little apartment. I was visiting my son for the weekend and was it was also graduation weekend for VT. This apt was great. Exactly as described. The apt was cleaner than the entrance/hallways in the building which was a relief. Kitchen was well stocked and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to Church street, so easy access to everywhere I needed to go. Dedicated parking space is good. Someone took it for 2 nights I was there, but there was an extra space (non reserved) I was able to park at off the streets. Only suggestions is for additional towels and a curtain in the bathroom. Though the window is small, it still needs a curtain. I would stay here again.
