The outdoor hot tub is awesome!! Rooms are spacious and clean!

Location is great but the pictures were deceiving. There’s no fire pit in the hot tub, hot tub was a little dirty. Does seem like they’re doing some upkeep but over all the pictures were misleading. Room was small and had no info about surrounding area or even a phone to call the front desk. Rooms have sky lights which depending on your sleep style might not be ideal.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to check us in and quickly solve a allergy issue upon arrival. We loved that the hotel is dog friendly but it’s not for us when we don’t have any allergy pills. She moved our room asap and checked in on us to make sure we were ok. The hotel is stunning and so clean. Rooms were amazing views and were spectacular and totally worth the price so close to the mountain. Definitely returning soon

Great environment overall. Place is new renovated. We had to cut the trip short due to personal reasons and after explained to the staff, we were allowed to check out earlier with refund for the unstayed night. Very accommodating staff.

It was loud. People, wind, bathroom fans. But it’s a great place. New breakfast could use some work.

I’m sure this place is top-notch in the winter, since it’s a ski resort. During our summer stay, renovations were underway. It was still a great place. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Beautiful lodge inside and outside! Only complaints are low water pressure in the shower, and the layout of the bathroom was crowded.

The hotel, despite undergoing renovations, was fundamentally run down and dirty. I was grossed out by the cigarette stubs in the gas fire pit, and the rugs and walls. The front desk staff members were very nice, but you got the sense they were just about the only ones working in the whole place. The bar/restaurant pictures were misleading because the bar was cleared out and closed. Very disappointing and and way below the standards I expect from a Hilton stay.

The room was quite dirty, and our room was close to the hot tub, that was “closed” at 10pm but we had to listen to be talk and yell until 3:30 am.

This property needs a massive renovation. Sink was clogged, sink top was dirty, shower looked dirty but could have been unremovable stains, furniture was falling apart, AC unit was ridiculous (floor unit) for a hotel room and sounded like freight train. Windows were rickety and did not open properly and hot tube should have been hotter. Ski hotels get beat up and I stay in a lot of them so understand the wear and tear but this one was one of the worst. Have stayed in cheap motels that are in better shape. I felt bad for the staff, they were all great and did their best for what they had to work with. Hilton should be ashamed and embarrassed to put their name on this property. It could be a great place with a massive renovation.

The property was conveniently located. Unfortunately as a Hilton rewards member I was sadly disappointed by this hotel having a Hilton name on it. It was in poor shape and didn’t seem very well managed.

Nice place and very close to the mountain and all other attractions in the area.

The entire stay just amazing and absolutely beautiful. Staff beyond Words customer service outstanding!!! Love the rooms comfortable, clean!! Love, Love the hot tub what a view!! Thank you for such a great experience Killington!!!

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms were very clean.

Clean and good service! We used to love the free breakfast in the hotel before COVID 19 but we still feel they care about guests. Cornbread muffins and orange juice was so sweet!!
