Room was unlocked, partially open, back sliding door unlocked, strong cigarette odor on entry. We carry spray, took out odor w open sliding door off back of room. Wipes cleaned off small table for two. Microwave plate broke and replaced w smaller plate not designed for mic in room, so could not use to heat. Went to front desk to get towel, only one in room w 2 queen beds. Broken lampshade and missing wall picture did not add. to ambiance. Lobby area very nice. Staff on duty offered room swap. Very accommodating. Might try again, but definitetely not 1st floor room adjacent to back entrance.

Convenient and clean. The bed was too hard, and the pillows were of poor quality.

My husband and son had to strip beds and bring their garbage to the dumpster While I was having surgery at Dartmouth Totally uncalled for

Had to clean room and strip our own beds and bring garbage to the dumpster That was not appropriate for the money spent

The property is a hybrid, long term stay/hotel...the hotel portion is very dated, old smelly rooms, tattered wallpaper and stained carpets. The rooms were very large for the price and appointed with kitchenettes and a nice sized bath with a tub, but overall the rooms were in need of a makeover. The neighbor’s tv could be heard through the wall.

My wife and so had a VERY positive experience with this hotel. We read some not so good reviews before hand and can’t help but wonder what these folks were reviewing?! Check in was a breeze and the staff could not have been more polite and accommodating. The lobby was spotless and they are following all Covid-19 guidelines and more. The pool was not open but anyone with common sense understands why that is right now. Safety is #1 at this hotel. Our room was above average size given it had vaulted ceilings. We were in the older section I believe which faces the mountains. The view was breathtaking! The AC/Heat functioned perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. In fact, I slept better than I do at home. The common ways were spotless as was the room. The room was very clean, safe and quiet all night. We streamed on an Amazon stick without any lag in our room which was quite a distance away from the lobby and on the 2nd floor. The location could not have been better. There is a Dunkin’ within a 3 minute walk as well as a gas station on the main drag for fueling up. This hotel is within minutes of NH and about 15 minutes from the beautiful covered bridges ( which are a must see). If your expectation is fine Egyptian linens and a door man to handle your bags for $100 a night, go to NYC and spend your money. If you want a nice, clean, comfortable and most importantly SAFE hotel. This is a gem!

Good location for things we were doing in the area.

Disappointed we couldn’t use the pool Loved the upgrade to full suite Put used towels outside door everyday but had to go to desk to get clean towels No trash pick up daily

Staff was careful and courteous during the Covid conditions. Pool was closed. Breakfast was advertised in the purchase, but was not made available. Was not pleased that the hotel did not send notification ahead of time that breakfast would not be available.

I did not stay there and my reservation was cancelled by the hotel due to co vid 19

Staff was phenomenal Exceptionally clean Very comfortable Great value

I booked it because it was close to wherr i needed to be and it looked like it had a nice pool... Pool was green.... Room was old and dirty.... The entrance was all ice and the parking lot was hardly plowed

We had a great time with the pool area. My girls game to visit me for a few hours and had a great time.

Great spot for the price. Hotel across the street was 2x the price for same situation

I’ve never found underwear in a “clean” room before.

Missing furniture and what was here was badly worn. Carpets stained ceiling in bathroom was damaged. Over all just really run down and sub par for the price.

Totally average. Def a lower level then I’m used to
