Dirty carpets, windows, old bedding and drapes. Wallpaper torn. Tub fall protectors peeling off. Dirty microwave in lobby. No microwave in room. Fridge in room not working. Wanted to take credit card info and write numbers and date on an invoice to enter next day. Upon denial, did enter and charge room upon my demanding numbers not be written down. Night staff was confused about how to charge two rooms to two different people, rather than one room to the person who booked. Location of hotel was good. However you could hear people walking on floor above and light shown under the door and between the door and the wall. Would recommend staying somewhere else in the area.

Cant believe this was 330$ a night hotel. Outdated bathrooms, old carpets and the place smelled like musty and like people have been smoking in the hallways. Coffee and tea only downstairs nothing for kids. No coffee maker or tissues in room. Pillows are all flat. King size sheets on a quenn size bed. We had a room facing the road. The window wouldnt close and latch so we heard every car that went by. Wifi not acceptable at all either for the year 2025.

An older property but my bed was comfortable, nice big room with table & chairs, and there’s a lovely patio area on a pond in the back of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others coming to the area.

If the pool hours are 10-10, why are you doing maintenance at 10 a.m.? Hotels are straight up lying about when you should be able to access the pool and hot tub.
