The woman running the breakfast dining room was kind of rude and was complaining to customers that she wasn't supposed to open that day. She was rude to her co-worker. It was all about her and not the customers. I also reserved a conference room and it was not prepared as they said it would be. Overall I was disappointed with the staff

Excellent location for UVM (I was visiting a hospitalized friend), downtown Burlington, and the airport. It was really cold and the free shuttles to hospital and airport were very much appreciated. All the staff were wonderful. Exercise room clean and all the machine working. It's not a brand new fancy place but it it good value for your money!
