The hotel itself is fine; clean and a pretty good location. What I strongly disliked, and I stayed for 5 nights, is that on check-in I was not informed about the $25 nightly fee/tax. On check out they said it was “for the internet and some sort of “online newspaper,” which I neither needed or was informed about. Also, on my Orbitz receipt it clearly says that as part of the VIP service I am entitled to $25 for use of food or beverages at the hotel. Of course when I checked in they denied this. In general I felt ripped off by the property. The room was average, there is no maid service. In a city with so many hotels to choose, I’m not sure how this kind of indifference to customers is allowed.
The folks at front desk were friendly and went out of their way to help us! It was so clean and neat! We felt right at home!
