This property was fantastic! Only 1.5 miles to monuments. Lots to do around the hotel. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bar and restaurants were great. Staff so friendly and accommodating. I will be back. If you do not do valet parking, know that the parking garages close between 10 and 11 pm and you cannot get in or out.

The cleaning staff failed to clean the room and provide fresh towels, and the air conditioning didn't work correctly. Our evening meal was O.K. but my lamb was over-cooked. I am probably naive to think that an American was capable of cooking lamb. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our concerns.

Everything was impeccable about the hotel itself. I just happened to visit when there was some construction/utility maintenance was occurring so the roads around the hotel were blocked off. This meant I always had to walk some distance away from the hotel in order to request rideshare vehicles.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and loved the hotel, the area, its location and the great burger I had so was very disappointed on this trip when was told my 2bed suite room I had reserved months in advance was oversold. On my birthday trip! Was told another bed would be set up so we would have 2. Did not happen & no one came to clean our room either. Has there been an ownership change? Had loved staying here. No upgrade either. Disappointed.
