Riggs

Outstanding, friendly service, great amenities, and comfortable rooms. Great location too for walking everywhere. I never noticed noise outside either. I had a very restful sleep and the rooms with bathtubs were perfect after a half marathon run. The bars and food were wonderful.

Staffs were incredibly welcoming. The historical background of the bldg added a flair to the room decoration and we really enjoyed the unique experience. Breakfast was excellent and tasty although we only had it once bc there are so many options near the hotel. We ended up taking Uber quite a bit given it was a chilly Feb weekend but def walking distance to major sites under nicer weather. Would come back when I visit DC again.
