Our room was a little dated, but very clean. It offered plenty of space for our family and was very quiet. Every staff member was friendly and attentive--delivering requested items and sharing information about the area. Great trip, thanks!

Conveneint to many tourist attractions and Metro. Friendly staff - welcome desk, breakfast and room service. Appreciated help in keeping our bags when we checked out.
The hotel has been updated but its not perfect. Staff was wonderful and prompt. The CVS down stairs was a little pricey but very helpful.
Great location convenient to monuments and city universities (I was on a college tour with my teenaged daughter). Service was fast, friendly and efficient. We had a kitchen in our room, which had everything needed for preparing light meals. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby for those who want to eat out, including really tasty Philippine casual food across the street.

I liked the fact that, my room looked like a studio apartment. I didn’t also like the noise coming from the refrigerator especially at nights when trying to sleep.
The location, room and everything was great except for excessive noise by other guests after 10pm. Just talkking loud. Even after staff went to their room and told them to be quiet, they went to another room and kept making noise. Probably high on drugs. Next night, I heard a different person talking too loud after ten. Very irritating.
Our stay, while short it was lovely. Easy checkin, family staff, spacious rooms and good hot breakfast. Great location, in walking distance from everything.

I enjoy staying at the Residence Inn...it’s in a great location, and the staff is really nice! Especially Miss Elaine in breakfast service...she’s so super sweet!

Hotel is located at nice location but you still need car to get around as these walks are not possible Now on the facility, it's elevators are scary n smell bad told staff multiple times that there is a bad oder but nothing was done about it Then I tried stairs and they smell even worse than elevator Shower in our room the faucet would just come out in hand Also no parking here and street parking is only two hour if you find Hotel parking is $51 per night including taxes On the phone they told me $41 including taxes Breakfast was good depending on you reaching there as by 830-9 it's pretty much gone
