Loved everything about this hotel! The location is unbeatable - right in Dupont Circle, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, including DC’s top-rated vegan spot. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style. As a guest, I especially enjoyed the Happy Hour from 5–6 p.m., which included two complimentary cocktails and discounts on dining — such a nice touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. Honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed longer — it was such a relaxing and well-thought-out experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We received VIP complimentary cocktails at check in but when we tried to use them we were told they were only good for a glass of wine. We wanted simple gin and tonics and our server rolled her eyes and said we couldn’t use the voucher for that so we paid for our drinks and snacks. Later, looking closer the voucher clearly states for up to $17 each. Just a crummy way to be treated. And we paid more than we should have.

I left and then was offered the correct room but was told i may be kicked out the next night and that the room i paid for was not available for the 2 nights i booked. The room amenities boxes were present but empty?? for a "luxury" hotel this was far from luxury
