Everything was excellent. Staff courteous and helpful. Dining services were also well staffed and Cinnabar’s breakfast buffet was delicious. Valet service was courteous and helpful and efficient. Only complaint was a misunderstanding about housekeeping. Came back Saturday evening to unmade beds. Not sure if this was due to Covid policy or not. Once I contacted the front desk, the problem was rectified.
I did not like that I did not receive any houkeeping services for two of the days I was on grounds. I had to call and get towels brought to my room one day and another day we returned and notified the front desk that once again we did not get the modified housekeeping services and they sent a housekeeper.

The best feature was the big double room on the 12th floor with a view for $159 cant be beat and the breakfast was very good not super expensive at all ...the 2 girls at the front desk were great friendly and knowledgeable ..

This hotel was modernized. My room was very clean. Close to the airport and walking distance to many different restaurants. Staff was friendly and check in and out was easy and not long. The only complaint I have is that the bed was hard and I was hot all night because of the bed. I still will definitely stay here again.
Hotel was handy to lots of attractions and the price was very reasonable.
The staff was great & friendly. She placed me in a high room so I could see airplanes take off :-). I just wish the bathroom of my room was bigger.
