Rooftop pool is amazing, but I was bummed that it wasn’t open the first night of my stay. Rooms are very clean and stylish but no hair dryer. Great location and very friendly staff!

During our stay we could not access the pool because it was either closed or we could not get a reservation yet we were charged an amenities fee of $25 per day plus tax for using it (I think internet access and 2 bottled waters a day were also included in that cost). Also we never once received housekeeping service in the 4 nights we stayed there, no room refresh or fresh towels (any of the nights). I had even set out the tag on our door requesting for our room to be serviced two of the days. I was very surprised each afternoon we returned to our room and nothing was touched. I have to assume it is because they are short staffed in housekeeping perhaps? The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the hotel’s theme of female empowerment was stellar but I’m not sure we will return because I felt for the value it was not what we had hoped.

Gorgeous building in a fantastic location! The staff were very friendly and directed our son to their giant Lite Brite (which quickly became his favorite part of the hotel). I loved the design of the shower as well as the rental board games they had available.

No Breakfast the pool is close no outside balcony

Great Hotel, very clean & safe, the staff is wonderful and very professional. Would stay here again!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We apologize for your stay not meeting your expectations. Our hotel amenity fee currently includes high speed wifi, local and long distance calls, complimentary water, gym access, pool access, unlimited reading via pressreader, and the ability to borrow items from our Z-Shed. Currently at this time we are happy to report that we no longer require pool or gym reservations as a guest. In addition, you can schedule a housekeeping service if you stay 3 nights or more. We would love an additional opportunity to form a new, better experience. Should you decide to give us a second opportunity, please feel free to reach out so we can ensure your stay is nothing less than stellar. Thank you.
