Lovely. Historic 6 th floor please check outlets. Plugs don’t stay in outlets. Slow draining tub. Need lightbulbs for some lamps. Toilet didn’t always flush. Had to open lid to get water going.
Great, classic hotel. Bar in cozy and really special.

I was a little nervous given mixed reviews, but I honestly think some people are just too hard to please. I had solid Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, it's an incredibly friendly interactions with at least eight different staff members during last day. Very cute boutique place that is styled to reference its origin while providing updates for business or tourist travelers.
The staff waa very helpful and friendly. My niece and I went through a lot with Delta trying to get here. When i was telling the front desk clerk about our experience. She she let me see what I can do for your inconvenience. She offered to give us a room with double beds. We were very grateful. I will definitely stay here again in the future. The shows very great customer service.
