Promptly assisted. Staff helpful amd courteous. Centrally located to attractions, public transportation and convenient services.

Very nice hotel and close to everything, easy walk to many attractions.

Only 3 days wasn't enough time to see it all. The hotel was close to the national mall, 10 min walk and your in the mall. The Capital,Washington monument, Lincoln memorial, WWII memorial, Viatenam memorial, Martin Luthur King memorial, Jefferson memorial. Not enough time to see all the museums and monuments. The air and space smithsoian was closest for us to cacth a hop on hop off bus. Contact your congressman prior to going and get tickets for anything they can book for you. Free tours available for all sorts of government departments and meetings. We liked seeing our money being made in the dept of printing and engraving. Transportation was easy, train from BWI( Marc is cheaper but doesn't run on weekends) Amtrak was convient & staff was helpful, taxi's & uber was available everywhere and bills were $6-$15 due to closeness of sites and hotel.

Stayed here for easy walking to the museums, Lincoln memorial, Capitol building and Washington monument. Ate at hotel for breakfast, kids eat free. Sals for dinner was good. McDonalds salad for lunch. Pool was nice after walking all day. Parking is easier and cheaper at Regan National and just take cab to hotel. The total of Economy parking and cab fare is less than $40 hotel garage. Overall a good experience for our family and price was very reasonable.

Great bar staff, very friendly. Drinks a little expensive even for a hotel bar in DC.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of national mall.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and anything used like the coffee pods were replaced. Ate the breakfast buffet there 5 mornings and had lots of choices and it was very good. The on-site restaurant was also good for supper. Our waitress Genet remembered us and was outstanding. Checked out the pool one evening, a nice place to sit and visit even though we didn't swim. The train noise didn't bother us on the 9th floor. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

We arrived at the hotel about 9 AM and were able to park in the hotel parking deck . We tried to check in around noon but was told our room would not be ready until 3:00 since the hotel was at full capacity. We were allowed to keep our car in the parking deck until 5 PM the next day also, with no extra fee. It was $40 to park for the night. We were able to walk to the mall and museums around the area with ease. There is a McDonald's, Quiznos and pizza restaurant on the same block as the hotel, which was nice for convenience and kid friendly food. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet that we enjoyed, and another more sports bar type restaurant but we did not eat there. Just stayed for one night and it was great for what we needed. Easy access to a metro station that we took to a nationals game. I would stay there again.

Our stay at this hotel was terrific. We were impressed with the helpfulness of all personnel, ranging from front desk to restaurants to bell captains. They made our stay comfortable and without stress. The room and bathroom were comfortable, well appointed and maintained.. I would have liked a reading chair in the room, but hey, you can't have everything!

If you're not going to rent a car and plan to spend most of your time at the National Mall this is a great place to stay. Fly into and out of Reagan since it's only a quick $2 metro trip to a metro station that is only 2 blocks from the hotel which is itself only 2-3 blocks from the Mall. And the food trucks that cover the Mall area start up a block away. It's just extremely convenient. It's very easy to break up your day into a morning excursion, a mid-day break, and then a return afternoon trip.

Great location to walk to he museums on the Capitol Mall!

Bed very hard. But great location and super friendly staff!

Recommend it to any 1st time traveler to DC Room, staff, restaurant, value all excellent. Next to Starbucks & 1 block from McDonalds. Short walk to Capital Hill, National Mall & Metro Transit.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The breakfast was good (and free for kids!) and Starbucks was conveniently located in the building! The hotel was clean and very close to the National Mall, Chinatown and a ton of great restaurants were a 15 minute walk away! The room, however, felt very cramped. Other than that, this place was great.

Cherry, the front desk receptionist was exceptionally helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. My daughter had fun - and thats important

The location is ideal for work and sightseeing. What you gain in location is overcome by noise. It is very close to a train stop and tracks. You will have the train noise all night. Ask for a room on the C St side if you stay there. That is less noise Breakfest is great and reasonable priced. Starbuck is right next door Staff was very pleasant.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We ate at both restaurants, waiters were very friendly, the food was average. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to DC. Had some great amenities such as HD TV.

Nice, safe hotel location and perfect for visiting the National Mall.

While in town I needed to take the Metro both for work and for leisure time. This hotel is an excellent option for those on public transportation, as it was a 2-minute walk from the L'Enfant Station. Ideal.
