This hotel is close to both the Smithsonian and the metro. You can get anywhere in the city from this location. Rooms are exceptionally clean. My only feedback is they are a little dated... however the location and cleanliness make this a great stay!

Staff not so fresh when I arrived. There bar area closes at 10 pm so good luck trying to finish a game on TV. They need to upgrade there TV’s in the room to smart TV’s, so bring an IPad or laptop to watch your Apps.

The location is great, just a block away from the Mall. So many things were broken in our bathroom: the exhaust fan didn’t work, the toilet water kept running, and the sink was leaking. The technician did a great job, but I’d rather not have to go through the hassle.

The rooms had issues from the beginning but if the staff on the night shift would have been nice everything else that happened would have been fine. Customer service is gone and needs work. If the staff is not happy then they are not happy to take care of the customer.

I loved the proximity to the major attractions ,but the property is a bit dated,could definitely use some love,staff was a bit testy at times,the concierge was awesome, made some great suggestions on where to start even helped us book a tour on the Olde Town Trolley and tram ride at Arlington National Cemetery.
