On the website it said parking available when I booked the room, when I got there they said they only offered valet parking which I had to pay 70 dollars a night unexpectedly which would’ve been nice to know before hand. The fridge in the room halfway worked and the breakfast was not edible. There were also blood stains on the shower curtain. I’ve had better experiences at different hotels and I will make sure I never book this hotel again.

The hotel was amazing. In a great location, breakfast was so good. My issue was at "check out". We had an early flight so we went down to check out about 5:30 am. There was a gal behind the counter, in the corner, sitting on a chair with her feet up on another chair covered by a blanket. She made no attempt to get up and just looked at me. I said, "We're checking out. " She said, "Just leave your key on the counter." When we arrived at the airport I received an email from IHG to click here to complete your check out. Well IHG, your person that was getting paid to work the front desk should have gotten up and checked me out.
