Staff wasn’t pleasant

Clean hotel with a great location. You can get a parking spot in the street behind the hotel paying for a couple of hours and free overnight.

Good location, close to Georgetown and restaurants

The front desk staff was very professional and nice. Any time that I called for something they took care of it for me. This past Friday it was my birthday and they wished me happy birthday multiple times when I was coming in or leaving. Needless to say when I come back, that’s where I’ll be staying!

Functional and convenient for my meeting. Nothing fancy but everything works.

Upon arrival late night staff was not friendly at all. The room was very small. Beds are awful. Felt like you were sleeping on a hard board. Parking is over priced. $50 a night. Expected a nicer stay. Felt like we were at a lower cost hotel once in room. Really disappointed.

I liked the location and it was surprisingly quiet!

Non speaking English room service was knocking on the door at 9 am evry morning. Could not understand me saying come back in one hour..Son left his Aipods in the room(he is 15 not 8/ nowhere to be found when i called them about it....Recieved the email with the offer of the $100 gift card for the loss..The card was lost on the way...Never got it..

Decent restaurant. Key cards work well. Pool is itty bitty, nice shower though. Hard mattress and formless pillows. Woke up with bug bites.

I thought it was falsely represented in the pictures! It looked SO much nicer! Next time, I’ll read the reviews!

We had a great stay! Rooms smelled nice, hotel was clean and the staff was friendly!

Liked the elevators, fast and convenient. Liked the lobby coffee, water and free newspapers. Great breakfast restaurant with good food at very competitive pricing. breakfast was excellent, fast, convienent and pleasant. Rooms are large, clean, well equipped. bathroom amenities were OK. Towels excellent. Linens-a bit soft! Pillows were good and numerous. Staff was friendly, pleasant, and courteous.

Great location, metro, restaurants and waterfront all with in pleasant walking distance

Great staff when I checked in. They honored my request for an early check-in. Definitely will refer others to stay at this hotel when visiting D.C.

My Daugther and I had a wonderful time in Hilton hotel , I think the service was perfect And thank all of Hilton staff for making our days
