Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. I was told they were in the process of being replaced

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Great location and service. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

They do not tell you that you are nearly forced to pay a $50 dollar a day valet fee because it is not safe to park on the streets because of rioters and multi-rule parking signs. The staff has an unhospitable attitude. The front desk made multiple mistakes to their own favor that I had to remind them of. Very Poor.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Great location. Just a couple of blocks from the White House.

Walking distance from the metro, GWU and good price

Friendly staff, complimentary coffee, tea, water. Free breakfast.

The hotel was clean and friendly, great location for visiting the White House and National Mall.

Very nice hotel, perfect location to most everything! Hotel staff were very helpful and kind.

Close to the DC tourist attractions/metro. Great hotel and staff. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Superb hotel, very clean and quiet, close to National Mall. Friendly staff.

Great free breakfast with variety of selections. Exceptional staff: courteous, helpful, always had a smile: every employee. Our only downside was we expected a hot-tub with the pool. No hot tub which was a great disappointment especially as our room did not have a bathtub, so no place to soak our tired bones from all the walking. The pool was not heated (or the heater wasn't working?).

The room was not cleaned by mid afternoon; the maid never showed up. The free breakfast was mediocre; the hotel has no bar or dining room and the neighborhood has few options for dining and/or drinking.

Located two blocks from White House. Near subway station. Panera Bread across street. Starbucks almost next door. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful from getting a taxi, to getting a cot and a replacement hairdryer. No fridge in room. No restaurant on premises. Do have a small “store” area with food, drinks, snacks and some souvenirs. Very small pool but hard to find in DC. Workout room and business computer/printer area were both very nice. Would stay here again. Thumbs up.

We were given a Handicapped room on the 2nd floor with windows that looked directly out to the garbage bins for the hotel. There were big bright lights that shone into our windows from the garbage area. Not a comfortable stay. For the amount I paid, I expected more.
