This was a convenient location to see sites around the National Mall.

Nice overall experience. The location is great, the hotel is clean and modern, & the staff friendly. Beware that at least in our room you could hear every door in the hallway close & the elevator ding. This was particularly bad between 6:30-8:30 AM. If you are traveling on business this would be less of a problem but we were on vacation. They did provide ear plugs on the night stand so they must be aware of the problem.

Travelled with family; teen and tween children. Location is excellent close to major sights and museums. One mile to Washington Monument. Staff was very helpful and polite. Free breakfast had good variety of selections. Metro is one block away.

Perfect location for downtown business and walking distance to metro stops but only a select few food options. The breakfast is ok, nice perk but nothing amazing. Wifi included which I love as a standard feature. The staff presence and engagement was minimal, I felt like that may be in the design. Room was ok, updated and generally clean. I would describe it as better than a basic hotel but nothing luxury about it. For me the location was the biggest selling point!

Great family vacation despite the rude staff. Valet was obnoxious when I asked for parking recommendations and had a smart aleck response. Nighttime front desk personnel was not so friendly and appeared annoyed with every question or assistance we needed. Overall hotel is nice and can't beat a free breakfast that is surprisingly good. Most importantly, location is AMAZING especially for the price of the hotel. I totally recommend this hotel especially for location!!! It's a shame the staff was rude but all you can do is kill them with kindness.

Noisy conditioner; staff, location, all another - very good.

Quite near to White House. People are nice. Good breakfast

The experience was real bad. We got zero maid service even though we informed the first desk in person we were out of the room later morning. We had bugs in the bed. A credit for the second night has been issued to you which I expect to see forward to my credit card. The hotel stated clearly that since we had used you there would be no way to change rooms Location was the only thing going for it.

The room was very clean as was the hotel in general. The breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. The guy at the desk was EXTREMELY helpful. He asked us where we ate, and if he should recommend it for other guests, etc. Great asset for the company. bed was a lot firmer then I like, but it was clean and pillows were comfortable. Over all, very pleased, highly recommend it for others. For location, price was reasonable. We will stay here again.

We had the best experience with this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was located within walking distance to everything and was in a safe location. Breakfast provided was better than any other breakfast I have had provided by a hotel (as a continental breakfast-had everything from eggs and french toast to muffins, waffles, cereal, bagels, etc). Would definitely come back and/or recommend for anyone thinking of traveling to Washington DC.

Stayed at this hotel instead of conference hotel for some financial savings...staff very accommodating. Great room and breakfast. Highly recommend to DC visitors!

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and good basic price for DC. Parking was expensive ($30 per day).

It's a very nice value hotel close to the mall and the white house; breakfast was great too. Only thing making it a 5 star was that they double charged for the valet parking...it was credited back to me fortunately as I had the sense to go back and ask about it...overall I would recommend due to it's reasonable price and great location..just make sure they don't double bill you on the valet parking...which is $30/night plus tax....

PROs: Excellent location. Clear, crisp, trendy decor is really nice. Extremely clean. The best: the amazingly gracious personnel. All of them, at any time of the day. CONs: Parking is hard and/or expensive in area. The free breakfast is probably the worst I've ever had. Ever.

Wonderful experience, polite and knowledgeable staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms

Location was great - but the reason I booked - and was not disappointed - is that they are always clean. White, washed comforters, no decorative pillows that you know we're just on the floor, individual serve coffee. And comfy beds:) Free breakfast is very generous - yogurt, eggs, fruit, bagels and muffins- you can even make your own Belgium waffles.

Friendly staff and homey feel make this a good place to plant your roots for your Washington experience. WIth ice water with fruit and fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the afternoon you can come back after a long day of museum hopping and relax before your evening out. Very clean and new. Breakfast is good too and included in the price!
