Good hotel and location but one of the worst fitness centers for comparable rooms. Need to replace all equipment- most machines did not work.

Very close to the mall and White House! Parking a very expensive but the room and staff were great.

We went to DC for 8 day family trip with an infant 18 months old. The facilities are very nice.

Hotel was clean. Restaurant was very good. Hotel was convenient to so many historic sites. The metro was right there if you need it. I would return.

This hotel would be excellent if half of its rooms didn't face an interior indoor courtyard. Those rooms make one feel as if one is in a prison.

Stayed at the Hyatt over the Inauguration and Women's March weekend so it was completely booked. The staff managed it perfectly. It was clean, well run and staff were polite and professional. We were able to check in early. It was quiet and comfortable.

We were able to do both early check in and late check out to work with our schedule. Hotel was very accommodating.

It is a very good hotel with a nice facility. Easy to get everywhere. A room was clean and the same as on a picture. Sauna and pool were great benefits during the cold weather outside. Thanks.

This is an excellent choice for downtown DC. It's a great location, with metro station within building, clean room, glamorous lobby.

There was nothing about this stay that I was happy with. First, the entire hotel looked liked a throwback to the early 80's- the carpet throu out the hotel was tired, the furniture in the hotel was 80's style/vintage, and it looked like nothing has been updated since the 80's. The main restaurant "The Cure" was vastly overpriced and overrated. I had an 8 year old in my group, and when our meals were brought, it became apparent that that meal was never orders in the kitchen. While the waitress was pleasant and took the meal off the bill without me even asking, the damage was done. I had a room with 2 double beds, but with only 2 towels and two facecloths. When I tried 6 d The pool was useless. From the photo online you'd get the impression that it was a large pool, with a deep end. My kids were just as excited to go to the pool as to see everything else in DC. When we walked in the health club, the pool was extremely small, and at its deepest point was only 4'. Deceptive camera angles. I should have called to ask. I also went back and looked at the website and can't seem to find anything that gives the pool's dimensions or depth. When I asked the pool attendant if this was the only pool in the place, and if it was the pool online in the photo, his response was "yes, it was built at a time when no one cared about hotel pools." The one saving grace about the "Grand" Hyatt is that the Metro Center Station can be accessed from the hotel itself, so you don't have to go far to esca

The hotel is in a convenient location not far from the mall. There are a couple of restaurants & some stores conveniently located in the lobby. The rooms are okay, but I think they could use an update.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is within walking distance to most attractions. The subway is also right in the basement for further attractions.

I arrived after 1:00 AM. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and spacious. I had a good night's sleep and checked out by 7:00 AM.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am cery picky when it comes to hotels, the Grand Hyatt met all my expectations and more! Great locations and near by shopping and walking distance from eating. Will definitely stay again!

The first two nights we did not have heat in the room. Temps were in the 30's at night and we are from south Florida. So we were cold. Kids partying all night in the hallways and an emergency evacuation at midnight because of smoke in lobby. Moved rooms after maintenance determined heater was not working. Came back four hours later to new room with toilet leaking all over floor. Is this a Hyatt or a Mom and Pop?

Booked impromptu weekend trip to DC and found great rate at Grand Hyatt. Great centralized location, super brew pub across the street and very walkable to DC venues we had on our itinerary. City was relatively empty which made the weekend that much more enjoyable. We would definately make thie trip and stay at the Grand Hyatt again.

I traveled to DC with my mom for four days. The location is perfect, metro station downstairs, bus stop across the street, a few minutes walk to the White House and other monuments. The room is spacious and the staff is nice to help. I would like to choose this hotel again next time I visit DC.

We arrived the hotel at 4 pm but the room was not ready. We took a walk to the white house and Lincoln Memorial and the hotel texted us at about 5 :15 pm saying the room was ready. Overall it was a good stay. The hotel is within walking distance to major attractions on the National Mall.

We will never go back to this hotel ,Booked a King Room when we get there ,they give me a queen room Really ,back and back for 30 mins then they give us a So Call King Nasty Room.

We are very happy with our stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is within walking distance of most everything. The staff was the best. The room was exceptional. Would recommend.
