Good hotel in a great location within walking distance to so much. Disappointed the breakfast ends at 9am which is fine if you're on a business trip but not very helpful if you're on vacation. Other than that no complaints.

Rooms are really small for 4 persons that pays like adults . Hotel was not so clean . Breakfast space to eat too small for all the client we was forced to go out to get breakfast

So the nice thing about this hotel is that it is located near the arena so if you were going to a sporting event or concert it is quite convenient. The staff overall was very friendly, especially the lady working desk was a gem. Now onto the negatives. First off for some reason the valet podium is in the lobby. I get that it’s cold outside, but there’s no reason to not have a sign outside say to go in to find the valet. I waited at least 20 minutes for the valley to return who then directed me to go inside to talk to another valet after checking in. I was also not the only person confused by this unusual arrangement that were other people waiting outside as well. They really just need a sign out front saying check in first. The breakfast buffet food quality overall was decent. However, there is not nearly enough seating. People literally had to stand or just take the food back to their room or to go. As for the actual rooms, the walls are paper thin. Until 3 AM we could hear people in the hallway as if we were in the hallway with them so if you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. Now, perhaps the most egregious thing was the shower. Woke up in the morning and went to take a shower. Looking forward to a little heat. And that was exactly what I got. The water would not jet above tepid. Almost unpleasantly cold even on the max setting. I will probably never stay here again unless I can find another hotel within walking distance of the stadium. .

The stay was nice and location was great. The only complain was how crazy expensive valet parking was. $52 a night plus a $10 parking tax each night? That’s insane. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff and valet was amazing. Like I said, the only complaint I had was the parking fees. Other than that, the stay was very nice.
The location was excellent and the staff was friendly. This is a small thing, but the water pressure in the shower was great!
