Limited dining options around the hotel and in the hotel. Staff at restaurant were unprofessional. Crystal city does not have many stores open anymore. Front desk staff were fantastic. ADA room was nice, needs a higher toilet. I would stay closer to Pentagon city for ease of use getting into downtown DC and access to stores and restaurants.
The property was nice I didnt like my room nothing worked the internet I wasnt able to connect to have Netflix I had to use my phone for movies
Very convenient to both DC and Reagan. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Good stay. Nice staff. Only negative was no kid menu on the dining side.
I have used this hotel for years and I actually wrote it off after having some issues back in June. However, I decided to give it another try and I’m so glad I did. The hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially Marco at the hotel restaurant 15th & Eads. The hotels location to the metro is super convenient. All of my past concerns were taken care of and I would highly recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back.
Easy check-in; self-parking; the room was really nice - loved the shower.
We have stayed at this hotel so many times. It’s a nice hotel and Steps from the metro! However, on this trip we were pretty disappointed. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready at checkin, no big deal. I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. At 9pm I called to see if it was finally ready and was told yes, and that everything was ready by 3. The employee on the phone was apologetic but regardless, why wasn’t I notified earlier? Once we get settled in the room, we must have been woken up by people in the hallway screaming and yelling four or five times. We know that’s not the hotels fault and we didn’t complain to the front desk. But it certainly didn’t help. The next day when showering we discover there was no body wash left in the dispenser, thankfully we brought our own, crisis averted. We then left for the day and around 10pm we came back. When we walked in the room we find that housekeeping had not come in and no had zero towels. So we go to the front desk and are told that due to Covid the housekeepers are only going in upon request. No one ever mentioned that to us, maybe we would have been told that when they called to let me know the room was ready. I know this sounds like first world problems, but with the amount of money spent on this hotel for a weekend getaway, we found that it may not be worth staying here again. Communication was lacking big time and most other hotels have returned to business as usual in regards to housekeeping.

I was very happy with this hotel. I loved the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, except for one gentleman
Not a fan of the Marriott mattresses, too squishy for me. Didn't sleep well at all.
The room was really nice
