Everything was very small. From the room size to the beds. Our room felt very old and dirty. There was dried blood on the tissue box in the bathroom. Wallpaper was pealing off the walls. Window to nowhere in the bathroom had a huge draft of cold air coming through it. The list goes on. Will not stay here again.
The bed and pillows were so comfy! It was quiet and the ladies at the breakfast area greeted everyone happily. Location was perfect, and the coupon for parking made this stay amazing.

The beds were terrible - squeeking, very soft, I felt like im laying on the hill when my kid slept with me -she slept in "hole". Got up with backpain and shoulder pain. Was happy we stayed just 2 nights. Didn't quite understood the wood that covered the fridge, just to create even less space when trying to open the fridge.Staff was very polite and nice, breakfast was decent. Hotel room needs upgrade.

Counter service was not friendly, my room was dirty, bathroom light was out,, toilet did not flush properly, I asked for my room to be service and was not done completely. There was a fight of some individuals at 4:30 am waiting me up and was in for 30 minutes. The place was very dirty and unsecured. I will never stay in another Confort Inn.
The airheating system in the room was very noisy. Woke me up every time it kicked in. Having breakfast included was helpful.

The room strongly smelled of smoke, and the window blinds barely functioned.
The shower curtain was terrible duty with mold and bacteria. The comforter had a big stain and was ripped. There was a can of beer under the bed. We requested a non smoking room, but we could smell the smoke from adjacent rooms. We requested to be moved; we were moved into two rooms of one bed each. One of the rooms was impecable, the other didn't have towels : ( . Young girl at the front desk had excellent customer 👌 service.
