Soon as I arrived, there was a homeless charging his phone inside the property, right next to the elevator. It is DC, the CAPITAL, this is not danger how these days are? Was easy to check in and to check out, but looks dirty place and not very safe for family and business trip.

Room was small but fine for one person. Good location near the White House, though a bit of a walk to the National Mall. Breakfast was typical, and the room had minor cooling and TV issues. Front desk staff were excellent, and they quickly fixed a parking charge problem.
