The property is definitely due for an update. It was extremely dusty as well.

What i like about this place is, its pretty close to the subways and bus stop

The service was great. Location can't be beat. Very clean and quiet.

Only thing is it could do with a little soundproofing since it’s on the corner of two busy streets and above a metro station.

A nice hotel, extremely well located

Quiet, distance from all the sites. Only thing we did notl ike were the pillow. They were too big. Everything else was great.

The location was great! Turn right out the doors and there’s the metro. Great for walking distance to lots of places. The hotel offered chilled filtered water and had an espresso machine. The rooms are small and kind of dark. They were clean though. The bathroom is also very small. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again.

We needed a room near the Washington Monument grounds for a race but we didn’t want to spend more than $250 a night and needed it pet friendly. Staff couldn’t of been kinder and had treats for our pup. The hotel is next to Farragut West station and Farragut North is a 3 minute walk. Even with a busy weekend, all sold out, it was so quiet, which was nice. Our room was tiny. It said just under 250 square feet but it felt smaller. The bed wasn’t the worst I slept on but very bouncing so when my husband rolled over I bounced up. The pillows were excellent but the towels very rough. There is complimentary filtered water on each floor which was a plus. They have a gym equally small but it maximizes space. About 4-5 people can workout at a time. There is a Peloton, an elliptical, and a treadmill. Also, hand weights, kettle bells and medicine balls. Overall, nice hotel just need a less bouncy bed.

Great location! Room was cozy!

It was good place to stay close to all monuments

The staff was very friendly and professional.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our lab’s birthday. Hotel staff presented her with a birthday present and special treats. Which was quit unexpected of the staff. They even probably us with a list of dog friendly restaurants in downtown DC.

The staff was great, helpful, super friendly, and the check in and check out process was seamless. The bathrooms just needs some updating. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location.

Staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. Especially Tsedenia. She was a superstar.

Well positioned hotel with Metro stop right at same corner of the hotel, making it perfect for the train-based traveller. Central location convenient. However, important downside is if you have a room facing the main street, windows are not such they block noise well. More important downside if such disturbs your sleep, as well there are no black-out curtains which given across the street is a big glass office building that is lit up extremely brightly all night. My room even at 1am was virtually lit up like daylight and no blocking curtain... major property oversight.
