My husband and I were very sastified with the hotel. Excellent service, excellent location!! Totally recommended!!!
Room was small , "gym" was even smaller. Convenient location was the only positive.
Very nice hotel Just price was way to much for a closet sized room $600
Extremely convenient, right next to the Farragut West Metro Station. I was on the 8th floor. No Metro noise, some city noise (sirens) in early evening. Attached restaurant had a broad menu, quick service, and reasonable prices.
I would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the location was great!
We enjoyed the hotel in large part due to how convenient it is to get to the White House and many other tourist spots and restaurants in Downtown DC. The room was small but cozy, bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff took great care of us. We would definitely stay here again.
Spent the weekend here for my sons 8th birthday. They state check in is at 3 but we arrived around 1:30-2 and we were checked right in. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see including the Smithsonian and Spy Museum (1 mile/about 20 mins but its a nice, easy walk). Gave us a map and magazine for stuff in the area upon arrival. You can order room service through the restaurant connected to the hotel or from others they work with in the area. They offered regular bar type food, Mexican and Asian food. We did it our first night since my son thought it was cool to get it delivered to our hotel room and it was reasonably priced, took about 30 mins and was charged to the credit card on file. We also used the parking garage right around the corner which wasn't bad when it came to dragging our luggage to/from the hotel. Requested late check out since I didn't want to rush on our last day to make it back in time for the 12pm check out and they were able to accommodate us.
It has been a couple years since I stayed here and came back for the excellent location.
My son and I stayed in this hotel for one night on August 15, 2016. We arrived at around 3 pm. One staff member told us that the room was not ready yet. After I unloaded our luggage, I parked my car in their super expensive garage (please see below for details) while my teenage son was waiting in the lobby. After I returned, they gave me a small room (1112) on the top floor with only one bed. I came down and asked them to setup another bed for us. They changed my room to 1108, a slightly bigger room also with only one bed. After three requests, they set up a small moving bed for my son. In the evening, it was raining heavily. I was surprised to find that the room was leaking water from the window. I told a staff member who checked the room and left. I was so worried that it would rain again. Fortunately, the rain stopped. On August 16, I told the staff member who checked us out regarding the leaking problem of the room. She asked my email address and phone number. Someone did called me when I was waiting for my flight at DCA. She said that she will call me again tomorrow. Regarding the parking garage associated with the hotel, I spent $50 for parking my car because I briefly used my car in the evening to meet a friend. If you park your car overnight there without moving it. it will be $30. In summary, this is a low quality hotel with many surprises. The rooms are small. The lobby is also small. The staff members are OK (they are professional but not friendly).
So I was most disappointed that this small hotel could not accommodate early check in. Saw it happen next day with another person. Bed and pillows were nice and fresh and comfortable when I finally could rest. I could have taken a break on 2 FL. guests lounge. Room was not in perfect order..small things but I noted a bit of tattered edge of carpet at bathroom entry. Also I felt around the small glass shelf unit in bathroom with cups on it was dusty. Demerit for that. Location at Farragut West at a Metro entry is excellent for weekday business..but that entry is closed weekends have to walk to 18 st.
Enjoyed the location, very central to many tourist attractions, great food places, as well as to many offices around. Fresh chilled and bottled water in the hall was also a good plus in summer weather. However, the standard room for 1 adult was way too small with some smaller inconveniences such as broken curtain, misaligned faucet in the bathroom and generally aging interior. I also could hear every step my neighbours were making, there seemed to be no noise insulation at all.
The air conditioning did not work in our room. Club Quarters upgraded us to a new and nicer room. On our last night we noticed they gave us only one bath towel for me and my wife! We asked for another towel to be told they were completely out of bath towels. We asked for hand towels (several) which they begrudging gave us. Otherwise the stay was very nice.
Very clean, cosy, free internet. Great location. Staff is accommodative but not very friendly
Great place in a very convenient location. Walking distance from most business and leisure destinations.
The location is on point, very convenient for touring the city on foot. Also located right next to the metro for viewing farther destinations. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price it was perfect. Rooms are small but they were clean and comfortable.
the people where nice, the only thing is I have a charge on my card for $50.00 that should not be there. I paid for the hotel and did not use anything else, I paid cash at the bar. so why did they take my money.
The hotel is closed to a Night Club so it's noisy/music very loud before 2am. It'd be a good idea to request for a quiet room but you may not get it as it is a very busy hotel because it's located at the best place in downtown DC and also right next to Metro, Otherwise it's a good place to stay!
Great hotel - but the upgraded room with louge was a must! Loved the candy bar and free teas. Close to major attractions in Washington.
The hotel is located in a very convenient place. We walked to the Lincoln Memorial every night. Also able to walk to Georgetown, but it took around 45 minutes. It's more quiet in the neighborhood on the weekend as it's near the businesses, but Pret A Manger is right there. The hotel itself was pretty good. I do recommend the hotel.
