The hotel has a very good location, close to many sightseeing. However, the room was not what I expected, small and not a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

No parking and not convenient if you have a vehicle but this is an excellent property if you’re staying in the DC area. Staff is kind and attentive, rooms are clean and location is perfect access to public transportation and lots that DC has to offer!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Had a hard time getting the shower at a good temperature. The heat never warmed the room enough even if I turned it up. You should us that room for a storage room. The view was depressing. 4 brick walls. The room was smaller than a walk in closet.

Very nice hotel. The rooms everyday were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. One negative was the soundproofing of the rooms. You could often hear your neighbours quite loudly, but it's an old building and it wasn't a big issue with our stay. Would highly recommend, great location right next to the White House

Great deal in the heart of DC

This is my go-to hotel in DC. It doesn't have a lot of frills, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location can't be beat.

Small but cozy !

It’s a very nice hotel to stay . It’s close to the rosebar and other main attraction areas . To be completely honest the pictures of the room make the room look way bigger than it is . It’s a small room and it has a small bathroom. It gave small & cozy so we loved that . Can’t forget to mention we had a great view . We will most definitely book again !
