The property was fairly clean with the exception of a few things I noted: 1. A dirty facial towel was left behind in the restroom which contained a short curly hair. 2. My bed was made however, sheets were not changed. I noticed that there was makeup on one of the sheets still. 3. The last day of my stay there was NO hot water. As I was in line to check out in the reception area the lady mentioned that the phones were ringing off the hook since everyone was calling in regarding that issue. :/ The highlight of our stay was the accessibility of the monument tours. I was glad they offered evening tours since we were very limited with time.

The service at the hotel bar was fantastic the hotel kitchens were superb and the drinks were mixed well.

No usb charging ports. Shower was dirty. Only one bath towel in the room.

I stay there just about every year at Thanksgiving weekend and really enjoy the view of the capital building. What I did not like is that this is the second year I had to be given a portable heater because the room heater was not working properly. What made matters worst, I spoke about last years situation at check in and was told that this was not the case and the room would be fine. They keep changing the interior look all the time but I am thinking that maybe they should concentrate their efforts in the comforts of those that stay there.

The only gripe I had with my stay here, was the water pressure when you took a shower was very weak. Other than that, perfectly situated hotel in the heart of the city, and accessible to everything!

The breakfast was too expensive. Options for a smaller menu.

We were in Washington to see a baseball game and proximity to the ballpark was great. There was, in fact, an excellent view of the Capitol from our room.

Nice location affordable parking is expensive a bit drab

Location was convenient - walking distance to the Anthem. Room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Simple but nice - hotel had a pool and playground across the street so would work for traveling with small children. Would stay again.

Good place. Big pool, nice view, and clean. Close to Nationals Park and Audi Field. A couple good eats around. They have a shuttle to get around.

Nicely maintained property. Restaurant and check staff were professional and courteous. Cost of tequila shots? Totally outrageous. $15. They can be had in Midtown Manhattan for $8!!. Nice pool area.

The price of the drinks In the bar are a bit pricey. The parking was extremely expensive! The shower water pressure was too low! Other than that the rooms are clean and lovely and the staff is friendly and professional. I would stay there again but I’d park on the street.

I book a King room and it was nothing like the picture on the website. Upon check-in, the staff did not seem knowledgable on certain things. There was one ice machine for the entire hotel which was on the 3rd floor. Rooms did not come with a microwave (but one was located in the basement)! Hair dryers not available, which was bad if you have been in the pool. The Grab and Go market was a few items that were not a market! Our room did not have the sitting area as on their website, no foot of the bed seating as on their website, and don't plan on walking to any of the sites!

We thought the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Thanks for your feedback. I apologize for not meeting your expectation. I inspected the bathroom and found scratches and wear and tear but this may have appeared dirty and it was not dirt. The towel may have been the housekeepers oversight and I apologize for that. Hope this has not left a negative impression and you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves on your next visit!

Thanks for your great feedback! I’ve informed maintenance to change the shower head which may have caused water pressure problem due to scaling. We look forward to welcome you soon!
