The hotel staff is absolutely outstanding and top tier in their service. I misplaced a sentimental item and only realized after I left. The staff found the item and helped get it back to me. When I thanked them and offered to send an extra thank you, they insisted it was their job and that “you had a stressful day. Our thank you is that you go relax.” It was a clean, comfortable, nice hotel and while we were there everyone was friendly and kind. I have to do that route up 95 often and I will definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough nice things!
The hotel is about 2 miles away from a shopping plaza, easy to pump gas and dining options. The check in and check out are fast. The staff are friendly. The room is decent sized and very quite. The air conditioner is very quiet. We even didn’t realize it is on, but it’s definitely working to keep 70F while outside is 20s. The fee based breakfast is delicious. The fitness room is small, but has 3 treadmill and a full set of weights. Overall we had a happy one night stay.

Even tho everything was great, we were kind of sad that the pool was closed. I wish they could of told me that detail when I called. But other than that, the sheets were clean, the room and bathroom was clean and the balcony was great to have to get some fresh air. Room service was nice and came fast to out assistance when we needed extra pillows and blankets. It was also very quiet which is important in any of my hotel stays so that’s great!

I got out of the shower and needed to use the hairdryer. I pick it up out of the closet and it was in pieces on the floor. Another instance I went to the over priced Bestro for coffee the next morning and stood at the counter almost 5 min. Someone told me the staff walked away. I turned around and saw them chatting with 4 other staff. None of them we watching the counter and the line forming. What ever happened to the moto. Customer first?

The room was spotless! The service wonderful!Also, we had breakfast and the food was delicious and they had plenty of options. A great place! I highly recommend it!
