The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, beach access, groceries, shopping, etc. The condo was VERY clean and had all the amenities you needed. The lanai was great for dinners on the grille. Very quiet. The pool was perfect and never super crowded. Amazing stay and we will 100% be back. The ONLY thing I would say is that it is a tiny bit dated, but all the other positives way out weighed that! See you again, Kolea!

This development is perfect for those who want ready access to both a pool and A Bay with its beach (and turtles!). The twin beds in the unit's guest bedroom were perfect for our 2 young grandchildren. We also really appreciated the plastic dishes and cups that could be taken to the pool; and the beach towels and sand toys for the beach.

This condo was absolutely perfect. We had everything we need and more. All the beach necessities we provided for us. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and the surf was super calm the whole time. The Kings and Queens Marketplace are both a short walk away. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Location was great. Easy walk to the beach. Overall clean place but some concerns. We arrived and there were multiple roach traps in the kitchen and saw quite a few roaches. The toaster was used once and started smoking. The freezer was very finicky and if the door wasnt pushed hard to shut the ice would melt. Lastly the hot water in the master bath shower didnt get above luke warm. Just a lot of little things I would have assumed at the price point wouldnt be happening.
