The room smelt of mold, the mattress was lumpy and felt decades old, the duvet was made of sand paper, they charged you $25 to PARK! And the open lots are very far away from the entrance. A $25 dollar facilities fee-we didn't even swim. I pool is tiny not like the pictures at all. Really extremely disappointed and will not be staying there again nor recommend others.

Everything is under construction but nobody is working. We were here for 11 days. Asked for a refund and wanted to switch hotels after 1 night but was denied. Hot tub doesnt work. Everything was gross.

My room was never cleaned our entire stay. No hot water for hours. Dryer not working. Window cleaner poured dirty water into the window and destroyed my clothes. There was a flying pest in the room. The room was filthy and equipment rusted. No one answered the phone. This is a very dangerous place to stay.

Disappointed in no lanai, and bar across the window at sitting eye level meant no way to sit and enjoy the view. Room was initially priced reasonable, but adding of $25/nt for parking, and $25/nt resort fees, and taxes, left us feeling ripped off. I would not stay there again and would have been happier at the Outrigger just down the road.

I wanted to love this place. I drove by it on previous visits and made it my goal to stay here. But, this property is tired. Staff was great, but the hotel conditions are in need of a refresh. I hate to be nit picky. I’m a lifelong Hilton member and expected better. Location is great, but the experience was a B minus.

We tipped housekeeping the first day to come back to a bed that wasn't fully made, trash and dirty towels left in the room. The hot tub was out of order with no signage (until the last day we were there). When asked about it the staff said it had been out of service for some time and was waiting on a part. Both the pool and spa were dirty. The only saving grace was its location as we were able to see the entire island conveniently and eat close by in Kapa'a.

The hotel is super old and run down. Rugs outside the rooms and inside were disgusting. Couldn’t open the slider door that lead to the beach because it was rusted out. The ponds around the building were nasty and green. Overall horrible.
