Review for the cottage We were greeted by friendly staff at the front staff. Check in was a breeze and we were given a map of the grounds. Our room was clean and cool. It was a nice surprise to see a welcome message on the TVs. We brought our own k-cups for coffee but a medium roast is available at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The bathrooms had a local favorite “Noni” lotion, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The shower had hot water on demand and the pressure was great, not something you find in a lot of hotels. The AC in the room was a bit noisy however we treated it as white noise machine and we had no problems sleeping with it on. The grounds and pools were well maintained. From the cottages the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the grass. The protected cove offers a good place to swim, snorkel and see the sunrise. The path to the tiki bar is lit at night by torches. Do yourself a favor and go to Manahunes tiki bar and enjoy a Mai Tai, I recommend the Trader Macs. The food is great too, we had the coconut shrimp and the double double burger. I read reviews that complained about the prices but I thought they were on par with some of the other local places. Overall I would recommend this place. It is close to airport and downtown Kapaa.

Great location, at the center of the island and most attractions, food, shopping and airport. The entire hotel including rooms was very clean and serviced every day of my stay. Plenty towels. Walk to nice Lydgate Beach in a few minutes Super friendly staff. Great experience from checking in, the cafeteria and cleaning crew. Would definitely stay here again.

We had three different rooms. The first room had someone else already staying in it. We had to get front desk help with that. They ended up moving us away from the other members of our party. The second room had cockroaches. My husband literally caught some, put them in a bag and took them to the front desk. We ended up moving rooms at 11:00

Roach infested room. People coming in the room although we had expressed to front desk that no one comes in our absence and we had displayed the do not disturb sign on the door. This is plain disrespect and poor customer service. Additionally multiple issues such as faulty outlets , dangerous loosely installed doors, difficulties opening the main door with the card key, etc...

This might be the worse Hilton stay we had. I’m a Hilton member for a long time and all i could say is this is far the worst stay we had. The location, the view and the beach are beautiful. These are the few reasons we choose this hotel. However on our first night, we found cockroaches on the kitchen area. I tried to call the front desk and message through the app but no one answers. I hid it from my wife because i want her to have fun and not worry about it. On the 3rd day, we had our room cleaned. I moved all the bed linens to the floor so the house keeping will replace it. We came back from our excursion and found the room cleaned however, my wife started eching all over her body. I inspected the bed and found blood stains on the bedsheets. I had a minor cut from snorkeling the day before that’s why i knew they didn’t change the bedsheets! Front desk never answer their phones so i had to walk all the way down to the front desk to complain and requested to have my bedsheets replaced. I Started marking the bed sheet since then and to my disappointment, they didn’t replace the sheets and pillow cases again. We stayed there for 8 days, 7 nights and for the whole time their Jacuzzi was broken! Their complementary washer was also broken. This place is falling apart, not a Hilton experience we were expecting. I talked to the manager Amy and she was kindly enough to compensate my parking charges but we don’t think its enough after everything we went thro
