Just 5 minutes to Cedarvale LRT and 7 minutes to Eglinton West Station. Bus stop at the doorstep (routes 109 & 164), with easy access to major highways. Enjoy a walkable neighborhood filled with local cafés, shops, parks, and restaurants.

Private, keyed bedroom on the second floor with large window, Twin bed, desk, chair, and closet
Shared 3-piece bathroom on the same floor (shared with 1–2 respectful guests, cleaned weekly)
Access through the main entrance on Marlee Avenue (shared with 1–2 guests)
