Beautiful property located in Market Street. Staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcomed upon check-in. Lots to do within the immediate area that can be walked to.
The spa was not working
Regardless how the website looks and what they list as amenities this property is not up to the standards that the price reflects. There is no restaurant. Just a bar with food that is hardly edible. I sent my “dinner” back. No comfortable lobby or seating. The upgraded suite was sparsely furnished with beat up and stained furniture. The thermostat didn’t seem to work and the bathroom toiletries were a joke. Shampoo and conditioner all-in-one in a little pouch?! Really? I’ve gotten better at a Super 8. Not good. I checked out after one night. Was supposed to be there for 5.

They didn't have my Orbitz reservation at all when i checked in i need a refund because i had to rebook directly onsite when i arrived. I tried to call Orbitz and chat but the wait times were unacceptable.
Spent Christmas Eve and day here with our family...it was beautiful, I just wish we would have had a better view since there was hardly anyone in the hotel. We didn’t know better and were too tired to notice when we checked in. We had a roof view eventhough we had a king “lux” suite

I liked that it is a smaller hotel in a great location in that town center, which gave it a more personal and cozy feeling and I felt like made the staff more friendly and like they recognized me when I walked in each time after the conference.
Please share the management team that I truly appreciated the professionalism by the front desk attendant upon my check-in and throughout stay.

Divine location! The staff is first class! Always available and ready to accommodate! The guys at the door are so sweet! I feel like I'm the most important guest around each time I visit! The drinks at the bar are absolutely delicious!

I am upset at both Hyatt and Orbitz. I paid $450 expecting a "Grand King Suite." It was obvious at check in that they didn't have my room available, but the person who checked me in, rather than telling me that there had been an error, sent me to a Standard Double Queen. Did they think that I wouldn't notice the discrepancies? I immediately called and complained. At first, the front desk ignored me, but I called again. This time, the person who checked me in claimed that there error was Expedia's fault (I booked through Orbitz) and told me that I was getting the actual room rate for the double queen. It was a total lie. Then he tried to appease me and say that he would give me a 50% of rate AND a $50 food voucher. I was too tired to argue and went to bed. Well, I never received the reduced rate. This is absolutely the last time that I will EVER use Orbitz and Hyatt ever again.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. the room appeared to have been remodeled very recently. had breakfast there every morning, friendly staff, great service. both buffet and food of the menu were good.
We were especially pleased with the front desk staff. They were very accommodating and friendly each time we entered or left the hotel. They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas as well. We will definitely be coming back!
