Great for the price. Need updating. Rooms were very well and comfy. Breakfast is so so. Not something outstanding. Very accessible to Mall. Staff very friendly. ♿️ parking in the back of the hotel, kinda weird. Didn't use. Used parking for Veterans feont of main entrance

Second time I have stayed there coming out of Kentucky to spend time with my daughter's that live in in Tampa. Overall a very nice place to stay again. Only thing is there was a conference going on and had alot of noise on our floor after 10 pm due to a young group being on the same floor. Would prefer a floor with more of less noises.

They had a flood and we were put in the top floor with the slowest elevator ever. They never had pool towels out and the pool always had bugs. The sitting area was metal and unshaded so it burned you needed towels to sit on. The breakfast was terrible . Eggs sausage and waffles the eggs were powder maybe. The sausage always dried out .

Even after arriving 45 minutes past my check in time, they still gave me a room that was filthy!!! Beds dirty, food bags and Carona bottles all over the place. The cleaning ladies seemed like they just didn't care at all.
