needs repairs and a good cleaning!

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The issue we had was that they never cleaned our room on Saturday. We did not have our Do Not Disturb sign out so not sure why they never came to clean and give us fresh towels and soap. We arrived back to our room around 10:30 that night and had to go down to get a towel for shower and we had no soap since we used the little container the day prior.

It was clean, breakfast was good. location I didn't care much for. traffic was heavy in that area.

Had black mold in bathroom air vent Smelled like mold. That explains my sinus congestion and drainage. So disappointed I actually stayed in that room Staff is great

The room we stayed at is renovated. The beds are are firm and it takes time to get used to it. Housekeeping is not done daily but you have to call to get the room clean. The pool and spa was open. Breakfast is grab and go. Pets stay free!

Breakfast was non existent cheap muffins and nutrigrain bars, watered down juice. Sorry Covid is not an excuse for this kind of breakfast.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very poor. No eggs, toast, ect. Nothing hot except coffee and hot water.

Very nice property. Only negative would be you could hear noise from hall and other rooms.

Room was not the best , facility was dirty , have been to better la Quintas

Good service, excellent people very kind

Had a problem with room and front desk clerk immediately came up to room and switched us to a new one. Place was clean and would stay there again. IMO this hotel looks like what you should get for the price point.

Location it is great. Renovated rooms. However, the Air condition needs an upgrade.

I apologize for your disappointment and sure wish we could have known this before you checked out after 7 days. We immediately went to that room and found some dust on the bathroom vent that came right off as we dusted it. The maintenance staff took the vent off to inspect the vent pipe and there was nothing there no mold or even dust in the exhaust venting. We hope to have another opportunity to have you back with us in the future. Richard W General Manager
