The room smell like mold. Hard to sleep. Room was dirty.

There was no room for us. We had a reservation, but they had no room.

THE PLACE IS A DUMP ! The young lady at the front desk was nice but, EVERYTHING FROM THERE WAS ALL BAD !!!

The front desk are courteous. With regards to the room where I stay, I can rate it fair. The room smells like a smoke, it is not well cleaned, the aircon vent are dusty, and the bed is a little bit itchy.

The property itself was very poorly maintained. The staff is in dire need of training in customer service, but given the clientele I can see where they would feel their poor service is acceptable. I would recommend spending 15-20 more dollars a night for better amenities and quality customer service. I stood at another location, same name, in Gibsonton Florida that was wonderful. This is not worth the money you would spend.The place has potential, but not under whoever the current management is!

I liked how the room was like a small studio. With a small table and kitchen.

I checked in on Friday and paid thru the following Friday. I checked out on Monday and theyre refusing to redund the remainder days. I was told the manager was going to call me but she never did. Absolutely rediculous!

Dingy carpets, disgusting bathroom.. as soon as I walked in the room, there was a fowl smell. But I just figured the room was just stale from the room not be occupied ... yeah right the carpets look liked a crime scene.. stains everywhere.. I immediately left the room with the gears of me getting bed bugs or even bringing roaches back home with me... don’t rent ever from this place

I booked a room for just one night. When my guests and I made it to our room we found the room still messy from the last guests. We quickly went back to the front desk to ask for the bedding to be changed. There was no one available to change the bedding and no more rooms with two beds available. The lady working the front desk was able to get us the night refunded and we stayed at a different hotel. Not the best experience after a long car ride.

Staff was friendly, helpful. The property needs some tender loving care. Cracked tiles in shower, tub control stuck to shower only, bar for towel missing in shower. It has an AC unit in the room so sleep is sketchy at best. Had I known that one thing I wouldn't have booked it.

The room was dirty and smelled of dirty socks, rude and unfriendly staff. Even the vending machine was out of bottled water!... Not coming back.
