I was very disappointed in this hotel. I had a pool/water view, but the window was so small and behind the bed so I didn’t get to appreciate the view so much. The room felt like a prison cell. The room had a very musty odor and there was a small black hair in the shower from previous guests. The carpets were dingy, the hallways were dark and depressing, and the hallway walls looked filthy. The toilet ran, the shower water pressure was weak, and the water temperature never got truly hot. There staff were fine and the beds were pretty comfortable, but I still will never stay here again.

Overall, property was good. Check-in and Check-out were convenient. Staff was friendly. They were apparently out of coffee in the entire hotel (except decaf). Shortages in items are a thing I get it but frustrating none the less when you're used to your daily dose. Was expecting the pool to be the hang out place in the evening to unwind from the day, but you could tell it was never cleaned throughout the day and each night it was filled with garbage and debris. Natural debris would be acceptable but sopping piles of tissues/napkins and floating toothpicks, etc not so fun to swim around.

Rooms were clean, prices were good, food was decent, the pool was nice, and the staff was outstanding.

I would have rated this property 5 stars if it weren’t for the hidden fees. Nice staff, clean, safe. Parking was a $135 added expense that I didn’t know about until physical check-in!!! Just add it into the cost for the room so people won’t feel nickeled and dimed. A coke from the lobby is $5. And to charge money for the same breakfast I could get for free at a Motel 6 was over the top. There’s also an overpriced coffee vending machine in the lobby. For all these reasons, I will overlook Hilton properties on my future trips.

Amazing sunset, views and pool...loved watching the sunset in the comfy sitting areas around the pool...restaurant views were great too! Clean room and Crabtree/Evelyn toiletries were great! Son enjoyed the gym too...thanks

Great place to stay in Tampa. Near the airport and lots of great restaurants. Will stay there next time we travel to Tampa

The hotel for Being a Hilton was horrible. You have to pay for parking. No complimentary breakfast. The pool never get sun. The ac in our room was extremely loud and ran all the time. Can have a conversation while its running

Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback with us David. We charge a competitive parking rate like many other hotels in the area. I do apologize for any confusion exiting the parking lot. Guests simply use their room key to exit the parking gate and drop their key in the drop box upon check out. There is a call button that contacts the front desk if any issues arrise.
