Terrible. No room service, have been told the keeper is off duty. I saw a housekeeper lady standing hall way I headed outside. Liar. And the sink is blocked . everything is very old. Whole room smells full of bleach and chemicals.

When I called to ask for an airport shuttle to pick me up, the staff said it would not be possible unless I was a flight attendant or pilot. Then he proceeded to tell me about the many contracts that Doubletree has with the airlines that it was important to have the shuttle available for those customers. During check-in I was told an additional charge was going to be placed on my credit car for a total of $100 dollars and would be used for any room service and accommodation we may have. When I checked out I received an invoice for a total of $101.33 for a supposed liquor, food, and even tips that I never placed. A total scam!

Extremely noisy until about 11pm with kids in the pool. Dogs were also in the pool. Kids were running around screaming in the hallways at 11pm while we were trying to sleep. Staff didn’t seem to do anything about it. Also had to ask for my double tree cookie since the front desk that checked me in didn’t even bring it up. Food from the restaurant took a pretty long time to get to the table. Overall a budget hotel experience so you’re better off staying somewhere cheaper with the same service. Outdoor area was nice though besides the Hilton ambassador that was there trying to sell me vacation packages like if I was in a timeshare meeting. Room was also nice 9/10.

The property was really nice and clean. But there was some obvious toxicity with the staff. My interactions with the front stuff were awkward. I mostly didnt feel welcomed or treated respectfully. They looked at me like something was wrong with me. Beyond that, it was obvious the bar staff wasn’t discouraged from showing their dissatisfaction with management or support staff. It was as simple f the guests were inconveniencing them. The entire staff could take a class in hospitality. The housekeeping staff on the other hand seemed very polite and respectful.
