Nice place! Wish they had a place on site to eat breakfast. They serve next door until 9:00 on Sundays a bit early unless you are staying for work. Only thing we saw was that there was lots of dog poo around the front entrance I didn’t see a dog station with bags and can if they had one that would help.
I liked the walk in shower and the furnishings. I was very disappointed in the restaurant. There were very few customers when we were in there for dinner and yet we waited for over an hour to get our food, and when it arrived it was almost cold. The waitress was way too busy chatting with people.
The property is always clean. The staff are always attentive. The rooms are awesome with all you need for your stay and can your own meals
Great customer service. Clean and always smelled clean throughout tho entire hotel. Would prefer to utilize the hot tub in the hotel but it was nice next door they have a hot tub and heated pool
We booked a 1 bedroom King Suite. Upon arrival, I was told, that this hotel does not have bedroom suites as proposed on Orbitz Website. I was given a 2 Queen Bed room, went back to the front desk, told them I had book a King Room. After 30 minutes of moving from room to room, we got settled in. The elevator has been out of service for some time now.. thankfully I was on the first floor. The room was clean, the bed slept good, After 2 days of stay, I pulled back up to the hotel. A curtain was pulled back on a room, it was a King bedroom suite full of hotel supplies.. So, the front desk lied to my wife and 1 twice about king bedroom suites.. We packed up our bags, and moved to a different hotel in town.
The food was horrible and way overpriced and the service was terrible

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We do strive for a great stay for every guest. I would love to follow up with you regarding the room you booked and offer a resolution. . I would also like to find out who was working and council them on how they handled this situation. As far as the elevator, we do have it working now, and we are working to find a new vendor for repairs. This was not acceptable, even over a holiday weekend. If possible will you please call and ask to speak with the manager directly so that we can resolve this more directly. Again thank you for your time!
