Only stayed one nite

Lot of unexpected charges, infrastructure was old and not been maintained properly. Sanitizer stations was empty. Short staffed.

You pull up and you are greedy

I called to inform the front desk I would be arriving late, they told me who to ask for when I got there and said it wouldn't be a problem. when I arrived I asked for the person they said to, the person acted like I didn't have a reservation, then they told me they didn't know if they had the room I paid for which was a suite. Then they said they have one more but it has a horrible smell. Once I get in the room, the room wasnt clean, no towels, and the phone didn't work. After I had to go back down stairs to get everything I wanted to take a bath an relax, couldn't do that because the tub didn't stay filled, they then they said I had free parking which wasnt true and I got locked in the garage. It was a horrible experience and I paid over $450 for the room. I was NOT happy.

We have stayed here many times. It is just off I95 on the way to NYC. UN FORTUNATELY the restaurant is closed due to COVID and there is no place to eat close by. They have menus for several places to order in. Also, a $25 parking fee is a bit steep for this location. I will stay here again though as the pros outweigh the cons

Having to pay $25 dollars to park. I liked the blinds are dark.

Room had no heat phone was also broken only one person working fir the entire hotel she couldn’t really help since she was swamped at the front desk

The facility was very old. Rusting, peeling paints, but staff was very very lovely and pleasant.

I believe due to Covid 19 the property is failing.

The property was clean and the service was amazing. I didn't like I had to pay $25 for parking and my room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. I had to go to the lobby to heat up my food.

The place was clean and i liked that ,but it had no refrigerator or microwaves in the rooms which made it difficult for us to store stuff

There was mold on the top rim of the bathroom door and on the shower rod

Hello. I would like to start off by saying that the women we encountered at the frount desk were all wonderful, kind and helpful. Now, I would like to express how disappointed we were with our stay over the weekend. We booked this hotel for the continence in location, the small convenience store for minor amenities and the restaurant. They were all closed. Nowhere did it say that the restaurant and store were closed on the web site OR orbitz. Not even a place to get a cup of coffee. No fridge in the room to keep anything cold. No towels on request, we had to get them ourselves. We were so upset about this. I called orbitz and got disconnected. I cannot get a supervisor. The garbages in the parking garage were beyond overflowing, it was gross. I understand that Covid 19 restrictions are in place, but closures of the restaurant, convenience store, etc?? No way. Wearing a mask is one thing but this hotel should not even be open. So disappointed in this stay.
