Very polite and helpful staff!! The property needs updated and cleaned! There was a glass of wine sitting at the elevator landing for three days, the carpet is stained and everything needs replaced except the beds, pillows and linens which were very comfortable. The gym had a lot of equipment, but the water was empty.
Really disappointing stay, poor value for the money. Room had peeling wallpaper, water stains, weird shape so one couldn't see the tv comfortable from sofa or bed, Featured large tub/walk-in shower were beautiful but mold and mildew stained. Could hear every use of bathroom from the room next door, expect better from this chain at this cost.

Only there for a one night stay and overall it was good. First time at a Hilton, but honestly, other than the lobby, not much better than a best western, lots of peeling wall paper, dated fixtures and what not.
This hotel had the best price for the time I was there which was the reason I stayed there. Evening front desk staff - especially man who had accent - was not nice - treated me not as a guest = he needs customer service refresher training. Daytime front desk staff were very pleasant - went out of their way to speak to me. Hotel is looking a bit run down - ready to be dropped from a Hilton Hotel to a lower "B" Hilton brand. Nevertheless, I travel to Stamford often and if they are the best price, I would stay there.again.
It was a nice hotel, what I would expect from Hilton. I was there for a very short period. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and toiletry items in my room.
Very difficult to enter and park at this hotel - signage poor. Parking unclear. Bed had stains. Check in staff not friendly at all. Otherwise fine.

We came in very late and everything ran very smoothly from the second we arrived. I had a friend in a wheelchair and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Very easy to navigate. The room was wonderful and the staff were amazing! I would stay here again and again!
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The property needs some updating, otherwise an excellent choice for me. I’ll stay there next time I go to Stamford in a couple of months.
