Property was clean, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I stood this last weekend with my mother, son and puppy. It had an area to walk your dog a pool that was open with stocked towels and offered breakfast in the morning which I was pleasantly surprised to see was great. It had a waffle iron that made these huge waffles I didn’t understand how to use it staff helped me the waffle was delicious. They had coffee milk water oatmeal stuff to make cereal muffins peanut butter jelly sandwiches sausage and egg sandwiches bagels yogurt apples and oatmeal it was the best. I have been to other hotels that say they offer breakfast only to find a boiled egg and milk as the only option but not this place. This hotel had almost like a mini buffet of things you could eat for breakfast great for travel with family the tv had good movie channels. The only thing I would suggest to the staff is adding non dairy milk to the menu for the cereal like soy or almond milk. If you run across needing something when you are here it does share a parking lot with a Walgreens which was great. Safe, Clean family friendly and five star service with a friendly staff what more could you ask for?

I don't want to look at myself while I am on the toilet. There is a mirror facing me when the bathroom door is open. When I close the door, there is another mirror on the inside of the door! The drapery doesn't really close. A lot of heat escapes through the window with only thin curtains. Fresno temperature goes below freezing during the winter. This set up looks like it was designed for Los Angeles. The bathtub was of good size. It was clean and the surface looked new. Hot water was plentiful. The breakfast is much appreciated. The assistant manager made scrambled eggs to go with the sausage patties and cottage potatoes. There were fresh biscuits. Yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit were available. Herbal tea was available, not just coffee and regular tea.
Not the greatest Best Western I have stayed in by a long measure. Whilst sheets and towels were clean, room fabric was well past it's sell by date and hallways had very distinct odor (To be fair, they were spraying air freshener on several occasions, but did not solve the problem). Breakfast was basic at best (cereal, bread, donuts) and orange juice was heavily diluted.... I won't be coming back to this hotel I am afraid.... I will look for another brand when I am in the area.
