There's a homeless campground across the river and they do venture towards the hotel, the afternoon staff was not very friendly, however the morning guy was Awesome
Stayed three nights never cleaned the room or even take out the trash
The lobby staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable and satisfied.
Next to airport. Place was extremely dirty and facilities unsafe.
Staff were all crazy nice! Facility is a little worn and dated, but beds were comfortable and showers awesome.
Staff was very pleasant. The room were comfortable and clean. Shower had very low pressure. Breakfast was very basic. But the price we paid we didn’t expect much. The shuttle to and from the airport are just taxi service which the more picked up the tab.

This hotel is outdated and poorly run. They promised an airport shuttle which I scheduled at 6 am. No shuttle was there and nobody showed up to get me to airport for 25 minutes. Some guy from another hotel who was too busy to show up. Absolutely terrible service. I wasn’t expecting much but needed to get to airport on time. Stay away
We found there are bugs or live mouskito in room.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, as were the public spaces. However, I have to mention that the room is in need of renovations. We could see where old wallpaper had been stripped off the walls, leaving adhesive behind, and paint was applied over the glue that remained, leaving a rough finish and some peeling. The wall covering on the upper bathroom walls were peeling from the moisture. Our little daughter mentioned the musty odor in the hallway that we also smelled; a good carpet cleaning would likely help. Aside from these points, we felt the hotel was clean, well-maintained and generally satisfactory. The breakfast was very good, offering hot traditional items, cereals and waffles.The young man who kept the breakfast area stocked and clean did an excellent job.
We book for two night and check in late on the first night. They clean out our stuff and though we only stay for a night.

The room was clean and well kept. Comfy, the linens didn’t have a strong unsented detergent feel or smell to it which is nice. I’d stay here again.
The room had a strong odor of mold. The toilet kept running all night. Mildew stains around sink and shower. On a positive note the staff was helpful and friendly.
Friendly staff, check-in was quick. There are no nearby stores except for the market in the gasoline station on the corner. You have to drive west on McKinley to reach a few fast-food restaurants such as Carl's Jr. The location felt safe, and the room was very quiet even though it is next to the Fresno airport. Complementary breakfast was good, they had waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, juice, cereal and bagels, as well as a few drinks.
It is quality for the price. The amenities of a microwave and fridge is something that is very accommodating.
