Overall it’s a good place for family.
I think the hotel is a great place to stay, it has been very quiet for me no noise every timed I've stayed there (4). Covid has put a lot of stress on people and businesses, so I'm not going to be picky or critical here but say I like the rooms and I will do business with them again.
First time staying at this hotel and it will not be my last. Check in was a breeze. Staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool and despite the fact there were quite a few people poolside and in the pool, you would never know because you couldn’t hear anything. Love this hotel and looking forward to staying @ their sister hotel in Reno!!!
Attendant for grab and go breakfast had a straight to unpleasant non smiling face seems like she wasn’t very welcoming . Maybe she should smile more and seem less intimidating, also when asked about some items it seemed to annoy her to have answer them . I’m not one to really make a big deal but it was a uninviting experience. Pool area could use more towel so that way the guest doesn’t have to use room towels when enjoying pool time please. Also hotel should have more cribs/ playpen on hand for family who travels with small children that would be awesome and more accommodating for guest . Check in process was pleasant as well as check out . Too was sanitized and cleaned and equipped with a dish washer and reusable dish wear witch was nice . Bed was comfy and bathroom was roomy which made it easy to bath children and have room to move around.
The AC is making too much noise. The bath room flood sticky with the cleaning solution.

Pretty quiet considering it was sold out with lots of children on the property. Liked that they had a pool and jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was broken and my daughter found pieces of broken plastic in the pool. I handed the pieces to the person at the front desk but he did/said nothing.
There was 2hour delay in check in as prev guest checked out late- and our room had hint of smell like if it was wiped with wet towel without proper drying. Our shower also didn’t work as well.
Hotel was in the perfect location for our trip. Close to airport and wedding venue.
