We were informed that rooms are cleaned every three days by the front desk staff while the automated system indicated the service was to be provided every other day. I spoke with one of the cleaning staff (who I happened to see in the hallway) and asked for service. She wrote down our room number but nothing was done that day. We asked twice for new towels, only once were they delivered. There was a card placed in the corner of the TV that provided a QR code to leave a tip - the room was cleaned only ONCE during our four night stay! How do you ask for a tip without having done ANY work?!?
The hallway carpets were in terrible condition - they should have been changed years ago, based on the current condition.
The only employee who treated us well was Violeta, in the restaurant. She also worked hard to keep the dining area clean and ready for new arrivals. Yes, we tipped her.
In general, our stay was disappointing. We will not be selecting this hotel for future visits. And our granddaughter lives in the area so future trips are going to happen.
