The first time in our room, something ran across the the drawer. We went out to dinner and returned, one key card didn't work. We took it to front desk and they replaced both cards. The next day we had breakfast in the hotel. They had coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, cereal options, mini muffins, eggs, and make your own waffles. We left for our activity and upon return one card doesn't work again. We got a new set again. In the afternoon we needed more towels. The front desk provided white towels with a blue line running the long way (in room towels are all white) and told us that there must be the exact number we requested in our room or we would be charged for the missing number of towel(s). I made sure we had all of them and took pictures before we checked out. I was also debating bringing them directly back to front desk. Breakfast is from 6-9; vehicles are given parking stubs to place on the windshield (not sure that they checked), has gated parking accessible with your key card, our room had a working frig and microwave. There is soap, shampoo, conditioner in the shower. There's also a blow dryer, iron and iron board. Negatives: roaches (finally killed one on the second day), room smelled like urine, needs to change filter in ac unit it smelled too, several women in skimpy/revealing clothes (not for swimming), people smoking marijuana by the pool side with lots children around.

I have stayed at this property numerous times over the past 4 years. Like many hotels they do not offer daily room cleaning. I have witnessed this property go downhill in places like the condition of the carpets and door locks. No real dinning options on site. Unfortunately a new restaurant at the location went out of business during Covid-19. The area is beginning to see the return of homeless persons. The only EV charger has been vandalized for the copper wire.
The staff was rude, unprofessional, didnt want to work with paying customer, and didnt want to make any reasonable accommodations
We had a King size bed with 3 couch size throw pillows. Was dirty... hot tub was broken...pool needed skimmed...mattress was stained and dirty... the "free" breakfast consisted of a bottle of water...a cookie & a granola bar in a brown bag. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Stayed here about eight years ago and the hotel was nice. Stayed here this weekend and was disappointed: trash in pool area, hot tub not hot, breakfast bags more like dessert, everything seemed held together with packaging tape, our “accessible” room was cramped and not wheelchair friendly, bathroom door rubbed against bed when opened, and finally: the roaches. Will not be staying here again.
I have stayed in this place several times over the years. this time it seemed very run down
Run dawn nasty. If could send you pics you would be amazed. Sorry but I didn't like anything from that place.
The walls were extra thin, you can hear everything upstairs and next door. The sink didn’t drain and was extra slow. There was free breakfast and it was really sad, thank goodness there was a McDonald’s nearby.
The rumors claim the staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my stay there because I did not want to drive back to Sacramento after an awesome metal show thanks for being there when we needed you
