Room was very nice! Clean! And staff was helpful and kind. Although we did have an issue with the elevators, but other than that it was excellent. And all at a good price.

It was a wedding celebration in the lobby that day and some guests stayed after the banquet ended. I am a sound sleeper myself but my boyfriend is really sensitive to noise, so he wanted to change the hotel room and moved to a higher level. The staff refused although he did offer free breakfast in advance. I am not satisfied with my room's sound proof which didn't seem to exist at all. And also they should put out a sign to remind that wedding guests to leave after the event or keep their voice down if they only want to talk in the lobby.

Overall our stay here was fine. I arrived with my family in the late evening and our first experience was a staff member smoking in front of the hotel in the walkway from the parking lot to the lobby. Not the best introduction having a 6 month old with us. The rooms were adequate enough and the cost was fair. I'd consider this property again if I had to stay in the area again.

This is a very comfortable Hotel. The Rooms are a good size. The Rooms, Hallways and Public Spaces are clean and comfortable. The Staff is extremely friendly and the customer service is terrific.

This was a fine hotel in Visalia, walkable to restaurants. Still quite a drive to Sequoia/Kings Canyon.

Great location near downtown. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

all good very clean, quiet and comfortable.staff helpful and friendly will stay again

Overall, great stay. We had a problem with our room door and had to wait for the staff to drill through the lock before leaving. What are the odds?

It was nice, but for the price it didn't blow me away. I think I will stay at a less expensive hotel next time I come to town.

We have stayed here before. The service is excellent.

The staff are friendly. They are very responsive to your need. They have a good fitness room. It is complete with water and fruit to replenish you. The place is nice and clean. It is well kept.

Nice and clean, friendly at reception good food at restaurant,, easy on parking, affordable rates

The price was right for this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Judging by the other hotels listed in in this area, this seemed like one of the nicest ones.

Was visiting family in nearby Exeter, so the hotel was well located. The quality of the rooms (bedding, decor and towels were very clean and enjoyable!!). The front desk staff was friendly, yet very professional. My only compliant was I couldn't locate the in-room dining menu one night - It wasn't in the hotel binder. I found it the following morning on the table by the window. Loved how close the hotel is to main roads, as well as downtown restaurants and boutiques. Visalia is lovely!!! The Marriott was wonder!!

It was our wedding night so we stayed at a local, nice hotel prior to the honeymoon. Everything was fine but the room was next to a service elevator. Not too noisy though. Could not check out from the room (television). Had to check out at the front desk.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Directed to some great restraunts in town which were all within walking distance. Rooms very comfortable and great beds to relax in after a hard day. Bartender could pour a little better drink for the price.

Close to old downtown for eating, shopping and walking distance to see a concert at the Fox Theatre all at a very reasonable rate.

Room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and the water temperature perfect. The buffet breakfast was great.

When checking out the counter person was very rude to me.

Well appointed in good location. Room price was a good value. But $3 for a 10oz bottle of water left in your room is price gouging. The water should be complimentary in a Marriott. Poor marketing. Some MBA yuppie has got their head stuck where the sun don't shine.
