Keeping it short... Free wifi - not Asked for dishes & coffee maker - porter was receptive dishes were there 4 min after recieving my roomkey 3 nights no coffee maker. Sign states get chabge at front desk - not Janitorial lead? IDK RUDE in order to recieve my 100 deposit I HAD TO LEAVE ROOM AS I RECIEVED IT. 3 NIGHTS NO CLEANING SERVICE & I HAD TO CLEAN THROW GARBAGE.
First room was infested with cockroaches. Within a few minutes, I caught 5 in a cup and brought to the front desk (many more in the room). Front desk quickly moved us to a different room on a different floor. No cockroaches on the 2nd room. Aside from cockroach issue, room was good, and all staff I met were friendly.
This place is great it has all appliances we need and not to mention a small bar set up. the tub needs improvement.
